I had a squirrel in my basement and requested a call from Fadden Custom Pest Services. Ed called me within a few minutes and arranged to have Matt meet me at my house later that day. Matt showed up on time and was able to remove the squirrel immediately. He then proceeded to do a very thorough inspection of the interior and exterior of the house as well as the attic. I am in the service industry and I am amazed at the excellent service that Ed and Matt provide. I gave Ed a call just a few days after moving into my new home and discovered a skunk living between my interior and exterior bulkhead doors. He came over the same day, investigated where the skunk may have been coming in and out, and then set the trap. We caught a few other animals but then caught the skunk within a few days. Ed also explained how I should close in the holes to minimize any chance of new animals making it a home.

We had a problem with mice that attacked our couch. I worried the solution would be very expensive. Thankfully, I found Ed to be very trustworthy. He quickly identified the source of the infestation and sealed the hole within minutes. The service was fast and effective, and I haven't seen any mice since.

I had a bad mouse problem so I called Fadden Custom Pest Services. Ed was able to service my whole house. It’s been over a year since he came and I haven’t seen or heard a single mouse since. They do great work and I highly recommend them!

We had a squirrel enter our basement through the chimney and it ended up stuck in a finished wall. After trying to connect with various pest control services on a Saturday, Ed answered our call and was quickly at the house to assess the situation. He left to get a trap in hopes the critter would "take the bait". Unfortunately, it died over the weekend and after calling Ed first thing Monday morning, he was back at the house by 10:15 to remove the dead squirrel from the wall. During this process Ed also mentioned that they can install a chimney guard which, once that has happened, we hope not to need pest control services again.
