We thought that the service was very good the technician was friendly and professional. The negative feedback I would have is that for a $800 full cleaning the furnace was very grimy and dirty on the top so I cleaned it and I then noticed that the furnace was not attached to the wall with the fastening straps. I think he missed those 2 things.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for the fast, friendly and professional service we received today! It began on the phone with Miguel to schedule service and ended with Armando completing the electrical repair in a timely fashion and at an extremely fair price. I was very happy I called this company. Does anyone really love calling contractors to their home? Not!! Lol. It can feel nerve racking and uncertain. Not that fun sometimes. Anyway... There are alot of companies that claim to be knowledgeable, fair and customer service oriented but these guys are the REAL DEAL! It was crazy.. Armando really made me feel like we've been friends 20 years! Meridian totally deserves 6 stars but unfortunately I am only able to leave 5!!! Seriously folks. Read their reviews. Meridian was amazing and definitely the best value!! I got 3 competitive bids and Meridian was the winner, but really I was! I’d had work done by the other two companies in the past and they did fine work, but Meridian went above an beyond what was promised for me, and did it on time and for the price agreed upon. If every contractor provided this level of service the world would be a better place. I never had a better referral and I’ll be referring them to everyone who asks me if I have an AC contractor.

We just had an absolutely fabulous service call performed by Armando. Our HVAC system quit suddenly & after trying some basic things, phoned Meridian. Miguel was able to book us in the next day. Armando phoned to let us know he was on the way shortly before the scheduled appointment time & arrived right on time. He checked over the unit, found the problem & then also did a full service. He was extremely friendly & gave several tips on what we could do to keep our unit running efficiently. A major point we were happy with was that at no time did Armando try to up-sell us on so-called service warranties, etc. He did a thorough & professional job on the unit & then simply said to call if there was anything, anything at all that we had concerns about. The service pricing was fair with no uncalled for items added. We will not hesitate to recommend Meridian ( Miguel & Armando) to anyone who needs HVAC service, two of our neighbours have already gotten your recommendation.

Meridian Air Conditioning & Heating were awesome. They were fast, honest, and super detailed leaving step by step pictures and info on what they were doing and what the issue was . So ill definitely be using them from now on. Another thing I loved is that they laid all my options on the table instead of trying to pressure me into a new unit. We had a wonderful experience with Meridian Air Conditioning & Heating. Armando came out to my mother-in-laws within an hour to check out her AC that had died on her. He figured out the problem right away, had the part, fixed the problem and cleaned up the AC. He also stayed to make sure everything was running smoothly! Meridian Air Conditioning stands out among the rest. I am a real estate agent, and my client needed a separate inspection for the HVAC system within a 2-day window. I called at least five other companies, some of whom I have worked with before, but had no luck. They were either too busy with priority calls, couldn't reach the roof of a two-story condo building where the HVAC was located, or didn't return my call. I did a Google search and discovered Meridian. I spoke with Miguel, and he graciously squeezed us into their schedule with just a short 2-day notice in the middle of July. Armando was the service tech who did the inspection, and he was great! He was on time and professional every step of the way. I was impressed that he took the time to educate me on what he was checking and explained it in a simple way. He also took numerous photos to document the condition, which the buyer was grateful for. Most importantly, Armando provided an honest assessment. He found nothing major, only some very minor stuff which was very obvious from those photos. Their service definitely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Meridian Air Conditioning & Heating LLC.

Fantastic service! They were at the house within an hour and a half from when I reached out. Found the problem and Armando went out of his way to call the manufacturer to see if he could get it covered by warranty. Very fair and honest price.
