Awesome staff, Always helpful!!

My husband and I needed new carpeting in the bedrooms of our condo. Our master suite is quite large, the second bedroom not so big. Jennifer Naujok at Irvine Carpet One was recommended to us. We were able to negotiate an agreeable price for the carpet we chose. She was knowledgeable and always cheerful, a pleasure to work with. The installers, Mohamed and Justin, arrived promptly on installation day and worked tirelessly to get everything finished in one day. It was a long one for them, but they were cheerful and professional. Hubby and I are just thrilled with the end result. It looks and feels terrific! Thanks again.

We had a fantastic experience with Irvine! I've always thought that the big stores like Rona would be cheaper, but it turns out that I was wrong. We got a very reasonable quote and a superior product with an outstanding workmanship. They did our tiles first and we loved it so much, we decided to do the hardwood floor with them as well. They are very dependable and pay attention to detail. They send over number of technicians and they were all true professionals. They went beyond the call of duty, when they send a really skilled guy to create seamless transitions from our old floor to the new tiles. Jennifer, the salesperson/interior designer was fantastic. She coordinated everything, kept me informed, and even showed up at our house. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. We are very happy with the result. We are customers for life and we will recommend it to all our friends.

Fantastic service and Jordan was amazing to work with. The wood flooring (done by Jordan and her team), at our cottage on Lake of Bays, just looks spectacular! Furthermore, we had a tight deadline and Jordan did her very best to accommodate us - everything was completed in good time, to perfection. We can't praise them enough and would recommend them most highly, without reservation.

Our salesperson Sarah was excellent. She was professional, patient and knowledgeable. She was so helpful in selecting the right carpet for our spare rooms and right in our budget. The installers were excellent and fast. We could not have had a better experience. Will return in the future! Thanks!

Jerry was great, he helped us pick out the correct tile and flooring and his suggestions turned out to look great once actualized. Phil installed our tile and was highly professional and did an excellent job. Dave did our flooring and worked like a machine. He didn't mind to do the small extras that make everything turn out right. I am impressed with all of my interactions with this company and its contractors and employees.

The store is very big and has tons of selection. I was greeted promptly and the sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would considering doing our flooring with them and have always had great service when purchasing Benjamin Moore paint here.

Actually picked up paint

Thanks to Pauline for helping me with my painting needs. She's knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I always use Benjamin Moore paint. It's by far the best paint out there.

Kevin was very quick at getting us a quote, scheduling an installer, and following-up with us. Darren came to install on time and was very professional. Install went great and we love the new carpet. It’s noise dampening, soft, and comfy (our dogs love it). We really appreciate how quickly this all came together and would totally recommend!

My apologies for not posting a review sooner…We had been researching carpet options for a while last year, while our home had a few renovations going all at the same time… (roof, insulation, basement remodel, bathroom, HVAC, just to name a few) … basement, stairs and landings were on the list to be carpeted. We met with Rebecca Lam at Irvine, and immediately felt comfortable. Really all the staff were great. She worked along side our other projects, offered solid advice on type of carpet would benefit our needs. Her advice and knowledge was refreshing to witness, and because of this. Our carpet project extended into tiles for the main bathroom.. 2 projects well taken care of, Delivery, installation, and products (even the cost) all were exceptional, delivery was on time, installation was very well done, as our layout was a bit abnormal the installers met the challenge with ease, and “seamless”, so good I can’t tell where the seams are.. We had such a good experience, we will definitely come back should we decide to retile other bathrooms.. I also would encourage others to at least visit the store and ask questions, they really are a professional team from design to finish.. From the time we walked into the store to the final laying of our new floor, it was a fantastic experience. Lindsay, the sale rep, guided us through our purchase. His outstanding expertise helped us make the right choices for our needs. Joel (Limitless Installations Inc.) was the contractor who laid the flooring and he did a superb job. He was very professional and an amicable person. Joel explained every step of the process to us and the end result was stunning. Thank you Irvine Carpet One for making this such a great experience through these two fine gentleman.

Recently had vinyl flooring installed throughout my main floor. Kevin was very helpful right from assisting with selection through to installation. The installation team did a great job. There was a small issue with the flooring after and they made sure it was 100% corrected. Very happy with the new floor and will shop here again!

I had such a positive experience at Irvine! Kevin was my sales rep who immediately listened and understood my vision. After looking at my pictures, Kevin recommended some options that I wouldn’t have thought bringing home. Fill was my installer, he introduced himself, walked me through the entire process, laid out his design, and asked for approval before starting. I felt so included. Fill is meticulous, polite and takes pride in his work. Everything went smoothly, on schedule with zero stress. I cannot express my satisfaction enough. Would definitely hire them again and would highly recommend Irvine to family and friends.

Irvines has been incredibly helpful throughout our kitchen reno process! The staff were extremely knowledgeable and assisted us throughout the tile selection stage for both our flooring and backsplash (which was very welcome because the selection is vast). Special shout out to our installer from Irvine, Phil. On top of the incredible job performed, he took the time to talk us through the process, his thinking on how things should align, and kept us up to date on progress. 10/10 will want him back for any other jobs we have.
