I started Emcel as a very skeptical individual. I’ve had approximately 10 sessions over the course of several years. The results have been amazing. I was having huge issues with incontinance. It was to the point I was scared to go out in case I lost bladder control. Sex was no longer any fun I didn’t feel anything. Since my first set if sessions I’ve gone for several years without little to any issues. I find that after a couple visits once every couple of years I’m as good as new. I was very happy to find Westside Laser and Light because they offer the Emsella chair at a much lower price to anywhere else plus you get 8 sessions instead of 6. The rooms are all very modern and clean plus the staff are very friendly and helpful. I’ve had all of my sessions and it’s made a big difference to me, very pleased with the results. Got my fourth Sylfirm RF microneedling done by Aleni . No issues as usual. This time combo of Jetpeel and SF was recommended and I am so glad I chose to do it. The discomfort was reduced by more than 50%( I don’t take Tylenol, just numbing cream). Exosomes were applied post tx. Got this done yesterday late afternoon and my swelling is minimal and skin looks light pink. Very happy with this place, Aleni and the owner of the clinic who allows the staff to customize the treatment. Thank you everyone at Westside Laser.

It's not something we usually talk about, but the Emsella chair gave me the ability to contract my pelvic floor, which was too weak to do Kegel exercises. It's easy, painless and you just wear your regular clothes. I don't wake to pee at night anymore, and travelling is less stressful without constantly being on the lookout for the next washroom. The staff are amazing! Today I had to bring my autistic son with me to my appointment. I can’t leave him alone. While I used the bathroom, the staff members were visiting with him and then they allowed him to come sit by me while I used the emsalla machine. My son has no awareness of how loud he speaks. One of the staff came in and patiently explained to him that he needed to be more quiet so that he didn’t disrupt the other clients. He did it in such a calm and patient manner. They are very kind and polite staff. They deserve everyone of these stars.

Staff (Sean, Suzy, etc) have always been very helpful. I had been in for services such as botox before and liked the experiences. I tried the EMSculpt on a promo offer and I felt like a super hero after one session! Besides having stronger stomach the one session helped improve my posture and my back pain also improved.
