I have been coming for Emsella (chair) treatments. I have been struggling with bladder leaking for about the last year or so, but it’s been getting out if hand the last few months. I’m 63 years old and I still mountain bike and snowboard a lot and I’ll be damned if I’m wearing a pad, any time I had heard about these treatments in the past, but I wasn’t too sure if they would be effective and if I wanted to spend the money as it is not cheap. I’m a RN and I spoke with one of my colleagues who works with the Alberta government to authorize incontinence products .She is the one that told me that I need to tell my elderly ladies about this treatment so they don’t have to wear diapers. She told me that it’s very effective. She is an expert in the field. So far awesome! Sean is amazing at promoting the product, As he is passionate about it, and he really believes in the efficacy of the chair for incontinence in women and for sexual health in men . Regardless , the chair promotes itself. I’ve only had four treatments and I noticed a huge Improvement even after the first treatment. I couldn’t believe it. I almost thought I didn’t need to go again. I immediately noticed that I don’t go to the bathroom half as much as I used to, the leaking has gone down by about 80-90% already!! I was stuck on the highway number one behind an accident for four hours, and I only had to urinate once. I usually urinate twice an hour. Sneezing or coughing and leaking was very common for the last several years. That has not happened since I started the treatment. I Plan on completing my treatments and then maintenance. The facility is very clean and modern. The staff are very professional, and knowledgeable. I’m so glad I finally did this!

I cannot say enough great things about West Side Laser & Light! I purchased the Core to Floor package with body contouring and Emsella, and I’m already noticing results after just two treatments. The Emsella chair is well worth the investment. I didn't really notice how well it was working until some friends were asking if anyone had tried it, and I remember how well I'd been sleeping through the night because I didn't have to get up to go to the washroom anymore!! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a little pelvic floor support.

Sean and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and they costumer service is absolutely amazing. The results even after a trial were great and after the entire treatment the results fantastic. I’ll keep coming back just for the maintenance cessions. Highly recommend!

Just got my dermamelan intimate peel done at Westside Laser & Light and I’m so excited for the final results! Nicole did my treatment and she did amazing! She made sure I was comfortable during the procedure and was super knowledgeable about the dermamelan treatment itself. I was very impressed with my experience at Westside. All of the staff and Dr Cran were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I have had issues with pelvic floor health and recurrent UTIs for years and tried 6 sessions of the Emsella chair. I am already very impressed with the results and will continue with maintenance sessions as I see significant improvement from these sessions. I highly recommend this for all women especially if you are struggling with incontinence or UTIs and other pelvic floor challenges. Thank you Westside staff!!

If you, like me, play pickleball or tennis and find that you always feel the need to go to the washroom, the Emsella chair is for you. I am female, 76 years old, and obese. At first I thought that The Emsella chair to improve my pelvic floor might not work because of my age and weight. I did not give up I pushed through the whole session and I’m glad I did. Now I’m not just an old lady that needs depends but instead one thin pantyliner and I’m good for the whole day.
