My go to plumber. We have used Mohsin and his team 3x over the recent years. Price is fair, work is done efficiently and always a great quality job. We trenched and replaced a main water line feed to the water meter when our line broke, clogged sewer lines cleared another time and the replacement of water heater this time.

Manny and Sayed came to our townhouse to investigate water dripping from our second floor ceiling. They quickly determined that the toilet on the third floor was the culprit and promptly replaced the wax rings ($350 each), which were in terrible shape. Since the toilets in the unit were installed at the same time, they also replaced the wax rings in the restroom of the other bedroom. They were polite and professional, clearly communicated their thought process and the solutions, and were efficient and clean in their work.

Manny and Sayeed did an awesome job. They were able to come quickly and resolve the issue!

They had to replace the valve for my washing machine but I did not know that I needed to turn off the water for the whole building for homeowners. They promised me that it will only take 5 minutes but they did it very quickly in less than 5 minutes. They did a great job. I would recommend Active Plumbing to anyone. Our trusted handyman recommended this company to us when we were getting some repairs done prior to selling our house. Within three hours, every single job we had on the list was done. Not only did they finish all the repairs quickly and well, they also carefully tidied up afterwards. Not long after, rather inconveniently just prior to staging the house, a toilet broke. Again they came to our rescue, completing a major repair in so little time, just as the stagers were coming in. These guys work like magic, plus they’re some of the nicest people to work with. Keep their number on file; if you’re so unfortunate as to need to call them on short notice, you won’t regret it. Highly recommended.

Talk about service with a smile within the hour. One call to Mohsin at active plumbing on a Sunday night and he saved the day. Manny was awesome. Showing up after he had clocked out and got my clogged downstairs toilet unclogged in literally 5 minutes via a rooter through the cleanout from outside. Came inside first, checked the toilet to make sure it wasn't anything more serious and the Manchester City man scored a marvelous free kick to seal the deal and win the game at my household 😁 Go blues !

On Friday afternoon, March 28, 2025, we didn’t have hot water. So I started searching for water heater companies to get estimates for replacing our 11-year old heater. The first company I tried my call went to voicemail. Active Plumbing was my second call and I spoke with Majid. He said someone could be out in a couple hours and gave me an over-the-phone estimate from $1,800 to $2,500 which I thought reasonable. We paid $1,000 11 years ago. So I told Majid have someone come but meantime I’m going to get estimates from other companies. He said Manny or another fellow would come. Within five minutes Manny called and said he could be at our condo within 10 minutes. I said ok. He and Salso showed up, gave me an estimate which included doing the replacement in an hour. Manny and I shook hands, they went to work and finished in an hour! Active Plumbing made what I thought was going to be a lot of time and work very, very easy. I highly recommend them! Call them!
