Because of a number of reasons, our house has been under renovations for a long time. Unfortunately our "original" contractor was not meeting our hopes and needs. It left us concerned when we decided we wanted our entire upstairs, bedrooms and bathrooms done. We reached out to Jeff at Rockland Renovations and right from the initial meeting, we knew we had made a great decision. Jeff was honest, upfront, and had suggestions that we hadn't thought about. His pricing for the work was bang on, and he was completed within the timeframe given. The end result was beyond our expectations and couldn't be happier with the results. Not only did he give us exactly what we wanted, on budget, and on time, but he's even fixing some of the previous work that wasn't up to standard. I cannot say enough about how happy we have been with our experience with Rockland Renovations.

Rockland Renovations has done several major modifications to our home, both inside and out. They completely renovated our main floor-kitchen, dining room, living room and main entry. Due to the age of our house, the job became much more complicated than anticipated, including large amounts of structural repairs and a new roof. Jeff and his team handled it all with professionalism and attention to detail. We are very happy with the remodel and look forward to working with Rockland Renovations again on future home improvement projects. Highly recommend!

Jeff and his team did a great job of bathroom renovations in our home.

It was a kitchen condo reno. Each day they took away all the debris and left me with as clean and tidy a condo as possible considering the work required in the kitchen And the neighbors thought they were great. No noise, no mess and so friendly.

Jeff and Jeff at Rockland Renovations are amazing. It is so difficult to get a good contractor, so if you get these guys for your next project, you are very fortunate! They were refered to me, and l have refered them to my friends and they were pleased with their excellent and timely work. Jeff did a bathroom renovation after previously doing our kitchen and we had a problem with a faulty tub. The manufactor was impossible to deal with so Jeff Henderson said " l can't sleep knowing you are not happy." He replaced the tub and surrounding tile, including labour, at his own expense! That's integrity! Thank you Jeff,Jeff and Alex for all your expertise and hardwork! We are grateful!

We had our basement finished by Rockland Renovations and couldn't be happier. The guys where awesome to deal with, Jeff had some great ideas and add ons that we never thought about doing and really added to a finished basement feeling. Prices were very competitive and no surprises, showed up when they said they would, if they couldn't make it they let us know and keep us informed during every step of the renovation. Have no trouble recommending them to anyone who needs a construction project done !

The guys at Rockland Renovations did an amazing job renovating our staircase and replacing the carpet in our upstairs bedrooms with vinyl flooring, which totally transformed the space. They were professional, courteous and paid attention to detail. I would highly recommend Jeff and his team to anyone in Barrie or Orillia looking to get their kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, basement or whole home renovated.

Rockland Renovations is a fantastic company. They involved us in the entire process, were quick with fixes, accommodated our wishes/wants and even did custom work. Their prices were very reasonable. Their staff are great and were super easy to work with. Would highly recommend them for renovations. They completed the work as timely as possible considering we were in the pandemic at the time.

We had our kitchen and living room walls knocked down and then put a larger kitchen in. We turned our boxes in main floor to an open concept. Rockland did an amazing job and love our brand new kitchen/living room. We also had Rockland finish our basement, again an amazing job
