Outstanding Well Treatment System Installation by Moses and Sam I recently had the pleasure of working with Moses and Sam for the installation of a new well pump, pressure tank, softener, iron filter, UV system, and reverse osmosis system. I can't speak highly enough about their professionalism and expertise. From start to finish, they were thorough and efficient. The team replumbed my main line to a 1" pipe, which has significantly improved the pressure in my home—it's nearly doubled! The quality of their work is evident, and I feel confident in the system they installed. Moses and Sam answered all my questions and made sure I understood how everything works. I had the pleasure of having Moses from Quinn water systems come to my home yesterday to do an inspection. He was incredibly kind, and very considerate. He also took the time to interact with my son (11 months old) which meant everything to me. Thanks to him my son and I know have drinkable water in my kitchen!! He was able to install they system and explain everything to me in under an hour! Amazing service.

UPDATE 1: I was able to connect with Mosses. He is great at what he does. Just needed to get a hold of him. Despite my location being very far from Toronto, Mosses will be able to attend within a very short period of time to check the system and fix it. I will update this review if I get a response from Mosses. Everything was installed good. Mosses was good until things started to break. Unfortunately, he is not even responding.

We hired Quinn Water Systems to replace our aging and under-performing water softening unit and filters. Moses was professional, upbeat, and friendly throughout. I expected a high quality installation and that's what he provided. If I ever had a problem, he was quick to remedy it. He was also patient with us, as my wife had undergone a serious surgery and needed time to recover, and so we had to postpone the project a few times. In the end, he has provided evidence of the performance of the unit through rigorous water testing, and will be returning to perform a check-up and maintenance on the units. I'm very satisfied with Moses and Quinn Water Systems, and I'm happy to have found a reliable contractor to handle our needs.

Moses and his team was friendly and professional. Our water softener was malfunctioning and led to high water bills. He helped us shut off the valve to allow the water to bypass through without using the existing water softener. They provided a quotation in a timely manner and response was quick. Though we did not end up going through with getting a new water softener, I will reach out to them again for future installations.

Moses was great. Very experienced, and knew exactly how to install the water softener. Great price after negotiating too (very competitive). Just don't expect them to add free stuff. The equipment/parts and good labour cost parts. If you want a custom colour, or have extra piping for your own convenience, prepare to pay more. The 6 stage reverse osmosis system was installed and like Moses said, you can't go back to normal water once you have it.
