The 2 guys that came out were polite, professional and prompt movers! Wouldn’t think twice to hire them again. Very reasonable rates too. Movers arrived when they said they would, packaged all furniture appropriately and were careful when moving items. They worked efficiently and were friendly. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Avant-Garde for others to use as a moving service.

There was exceptional care and attention to all items packed and moved from NYC to New England. The team, led by Alex, was professional and kind and clearly extremely experienced. We chose the company based on their high rating and reviews and they not only met but exceeded our expectations. Furniture was carefully prepared for the move including wood crating. They were on time and communicated with us and were extremely efficient. Within 10 minutes of the move having been completed we received a follow-up call asking us if the move was to our satisfaction. We expressed that the experience was stellar and items had been moved that had been in the family for generations which were irreplaceable and the movers treated these items as if they were their own. I would never use another company after this superb experience.

Couldn't speak more highly of this company. We worked with Avant Garde moving today on a very large and complex office rearrangement project. They were on time (early actually, ) flexible, professional, accommodating and working with them was an excellent experience from the initial walkthrough right down to the day of the project. I would highly recommend them and would definitely work with them again

Really great experience getting moved with Avant-Garde. We paid for packing and moving services, and everything was fantastic. The team labelled our boxes so we knew what was in them, they did all the packing 100% and moved us 120 miles north of NYC. The team communicated well, they showed up on time, they asked questions about things, they answered my questions. Overall they made moving a not-stressful experience. Fantastic. 5/5 would recommend.

The gentleman arrived timely and immediately assessed the job, returned to their truck and returned with the materials used to wrap the piano, secure the entrance door and moved the piano in minutes. They were polite, professional and arrived at the final destination minutes before I did. The piano was moved from Brooklyn NY to NJ. They put the piano in the basement which was a true task which they handled without difficulty. I highly recommend the services of Avant-Garde Moving & Storage.

I can't recommend Avant-Garde enough. From start to finish, their service was absolutely first class. The team was fast and efficient, yet they never sacrificed care for speed. These guys did an amazing job with my move from Jersey to Mass. My move ended up being more work than initially planned and it was a crazy stormy day, they were fast and efficient under chaotic circumstances and were completely understanding when we were late to meet them upon arrival due to my cousin having a bad fall during the move and it causing a delay in our journey. The movers executed a perfect tetrus grade loading of my household goods into storage. This was a stressful move, I am so glad I chose this moving company, they made a challenging ordeal more manageable for me and my pets. I would absolutely hire these folks again and I highly recommend them.

I would use this company over and over again. Initially reaching out I dealt with Tony, who was very attentive. He answered all of my questions, assisted me with what I needed, and made setting the moving date really easy. I was provided a fair quote that did not change after the move and no hidden fees which was great. The moving crew was amazing, they came on time, packed our items with care, and helped out with some interior design recommendations. We didn't have to lift a finger. They were all so nice, humorous, and hard-working. And they work quickly! The whole process took about three hours. Thanks again!

Tony and Company moved furniture from my sister's apartment to assisted living. This is a very professional operation. These two went out of their way to ensure that everything was wrapped and secured and helped when they didn't have to-- gentlemen both. One of the items moved was a Grandfather Clock whose chimes were fastidiously taken apart and rehung. I would call on them again in a heartbeat. Also, having looked into the pricing of several other companies, Avant-Garde was on-par with lesser movers. From my experience you can be assured that you will be happy.

They were amazing!! The quality of their work was great - they wrapped my furniture completely, were efficient, and were able to lift my super-heavy boxes.
