I went here with my brother to each get a permanent bracelet put on to our wrists. The part-owner, Svetlana, was extremely kind, informative and patient in the purchasing process. With her amazing sense of humor and attention to detail, both of the bracelets were put on our wrists with no issues in under an hour. The service is amazing here, the jewelry has lasted more than a year and they even offer refreshments! There may be a small chance the jewelry will come off (very rare and only under extreme circumstances). If this does happen, Vtina Beauty will happily and without charge reinstall the jewelry. The process only takes a few minutes as well. If you are looking for permanent jewelry (and there are other services here which I am assuming are just as luxurious and high-quality) there is no better place to go in the Nashville area. Hands-down.

I cannot explain how amazing my experience was at Vtina from the second I walked in to the moment I left. Amazing Service. I went to Vtina to get a replacement on my Bracelet I recieved in a different state. Her prices are fair and she is so very nice. Then I went back to get my original bracelet reattached and she again so so sweet, I was in and out in minutes.
