Everyone I spoke with at Kato Electrical were great. From the reception scheduling my service call, to the electrician showing up on time, which is a big deal. (often times service techs run hours late, despite you taking time off work to be there to provide access) Colin was polite and precise, even taking his shoes off before entering the house. Would recommend to others and would use Kato again.

Cloverdale, Surrey I contacted Kato to review some appliance connections that were questionable with respect to complying with the Electrical Code. Jonathon attended to inspect the connections and gave me options to address the situation which he followed up with quotations to carry out the work. He was personable, friendly, and concise with his advice. I subsequently had the work completed - not a big job, but Jonathon showed up when he said he would, and I now have the piece of mind that my plug connections are safely in compliance with the code. The free home visit quote and appt processes were easy. Jonathon was extremely professional, efficient and experienced. I needed to replace plugs, lights, move sockets, and add wiring following a kitchen reno for new cabinet lighting. I was so impressed that Jonathon took great care to minimize drywall damage, considered all esthetics beforehand, and made sure the new wiring was delicately hidden.
