Kenny and his team replaced all existing eavestroughs, downspouts and fascia, added new eavestroughs and downspouts where needed, and installed new soffits to the underside of our rear porch. All the work was done exactly as discussed and in a prompt manner, and we are extremely happy with the results. Kenny is knowledgeable and easy to deal with, and the same can definitely be said of Jovo and his crew. Overall they did a great job at a competitive price, and I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to get similar work done in the Guelph area.

I can’t say enough about how pleased I was with my experience with Empire Exteriors. Our roof was damaged by a fallen tree. The damage was assessed by a roof company coordinated by insurance. When we went to schedule the work and the company was unavailable. Empire was recommended to us. Kenny contacted and came to see the house the same day I called. After assessing the roof damage he concluded that it was far worse than the original company indicated (3 x as much as far as cost). He prepared a detailed quote and letter of support to provide to our insurance company which was ultimately approved. If it had not been for Kenny and his time and attention to detail we would have blindly accepted the initial appraisal. Kenny is beyond professional and dedicated and we would recommend Empire 100%.

We hired Empire Roofing to fix our leaking, rotted roof and top up our insulation after waiting 6 months for another company that we eventually fired. I left a message to Empire, the owner called me back the next day, showed up to inspect my roof and provided me a quote all within a week. The owner was very thorough with the whole process and transparent about everything needing to be done so we decided to hire them. We were called and updated whenever they had a space to get the job done and if they needed to delay, they gave us an update which we really appreciated. The team was friendly and professional when they came to do the job. They repaired and re-shingled our roof in 2 days. They did a thorough check of the property for debris and nails. During the job, there was an unfortunate accident where a tool fell into the attic and damaged the ceiling. The owner took the responsibility for the damage and found a very professional contractor who fixed the ceiling perfectly. We then got our insulation topped up a couple weeks later. That team was also friendly and professional and completed the job in no time. All in all it was a very positive experience hiring Empire Roofing. The team was very pleasant and the owner’s #1 priority is customer satisfaction. We recommend them to everyone and will hire them again!

Kenny was very helpful. We had no insulation and our gas bills were very high. They got the insulation put in quickly for us. He also helped us come up with a plan for venting the attic and did that work quickly for us as well. We’re very happy with the work.

Empire replaced our facia and guttering plus added leaf guards. Also replaced the cladding on our exterior doors . They had a minor problem with their brake living a mark on some bends but they replaced it no problem. Very satisfied with their workmanship. Very professional attitude. I would definitely use their services again.

Kenny and his crew were awesome! Kenny came by to do up a quote for gutter replacement and downspouts. We spoke about replacing some of the facia as well and he was very honest letting us know it was still in great shape just needed a slight repair job. He did replace the facia where it was actually needed. Everything was planned out perfectly with the knowledge of an upcoming deck for where to put the downspouts etc. The guys showed up on time, were very informative on what they would be doing and when they would be finished. 10/10.

We got our house roof installed by Empire and it looks great. During the free estimate, took the care to climb into the attic to inspect the air flow and suggest features like edge/ridge vents, a testament of the attention to detail with which they go about their business. Would recommend these guys!

I initially went with another company to do my eaves, but when they failed to meet the contract timeline I contacted Empire Roofing. Kenny was great to deal with. Friendly and knowledgeable. He assured me that he could get my job done within the month of signing the contract. As wanted it done prior to winter. The installer great and friendly. I am thrilled with the finished product.

Searched online for companies in Guelph that would replace shingles on house. Kenny followed up with phone call explaining process, sent documentation/quote and met us at house. Later, since we wanted our soffits and fascia replaced as well and Empire exteriors does this, asked if that could be included in quote too; not a problem. Though covid was/is still a thing and weather for a lot of summer has been unpredictable we now have a new roof and aluminum gutters done by Empire exteriors. Neighbours have commented on how good the place looks and the transformation. Lastly, I’m a very detail oriented person and I would say that Kenny and his crews not only met my expectations at a price that was competitive but were responsive to my questions and concerns. Kenny and his team were great, from the start when Kenny came and went up to inspect the roof and advised it was time to replace. I was impressed when the team came and worked in the cold winter winds, although they were delayed by 2 days of very cold weather Kenny went out of his way to to keep me informed even removing the waste bin so I could park in the driveway and bringing in a trailer for the old roof when the weather allowed them to finish the work. I would tell anyone that asked for a name of a company to repair or replace their roof to talk Empire Roofing they will not lead you wrong and they will ensure that all is done correct from the installation to the cleanup and communication truly a company that knows customers deserve respect and the best quality work.

I didn't end up going forward with Ken because a friend of mine was willing to do the job for at-cost, but he was extremely knowledgeable, clearly appreciated his worked, and was respectful of the process.

Did a necessary repair, then the next spring worked with us to obtain our insurance claim and then complete the roofing installation.
