Great service overall. I wasn't even sure if new countertops would be possible with my budget, but it was surprisingly affordable. I was first visited by someone at my house who assessed my project, took measurements and notes. Later, two granite samples were delivered to my house for free. After I installed by base cabinets, I scheduled the template and made some changes to the plan and they accepted the updates. The template appointment was quick and easy. Eventually, when it was time to do the install, two guys arrived and installed the countertop. My only complaint is that I paid for a dishwasher bracket, and they didn't install it, they just handed it to me. I did provide that feedback and was told someone would contact me to come out and install it but they never did. Overall, I'm satisfied with the experience, the service and the countertop. I would recommend this company.

CSW had installed my countertops and when I compared it to my sample, it was the wrong color! I wasn’t sure what to do. The installation team did a great job! It would be helpful if they would reconnect the sink and garbage disposal plumbing under the sink. That would complete the job.

In my former business I used Canaan Stone Works as a business partner and was never displeased with their work. We have just completed a kitchen refacing that included new quartz countertops. I called on CSW for the first time, as a client, and can honestly say I am delighted beyond expectations. I’m not saying their wasn’t a glitch, there was, our sink was delayed in shipping, but the communication we received kept us informed and happy during the slight delay. Great job CSW!
