We worked with JP at New Start Kitchens at the start of the year to plan a kitchen remodel for our main floor renovation that kicked off in February 2024. The design phase of our project was a collaborative and enjoyable process where we were able to pick cabinet layout, hardware, cabinet face frame styles, and cabinet colours. We went with a white shaker style door with black hardware and a contrast blue colour for our island. JP was great with communicating throughout the entire project and worked along side our general contractor to bring our dream kitchen to life. We are absolutely thrilled at the end result. We are really happy with our new kitchen. JP was so helpful during every step of the process that included creation of a floor plan, selection of cabinets and pulls, and installation. He made a number of visits during and after the installation to ensure that the cabinets were done properly and that we were happy with the result.

JP and his staff were very professional and courteous. Most timelines were met which was impressive considering the state of supply today. He was within our budget and was able to adjust and modify layout with ease. We were so happy with the kitchen work we added other build in cabinets to his scope of work.

JP was so easy to work with and quick to reply to emails. He answered all of our questions and helped us when we ran into design hurdles. I thought the price and timeline of installation was reasonable as well. Our cabinets are beautiful and functional. Highly recommend.
