I had Nacho, Charlie, and another guy I forgot his name UGH :(, pack and move me into a POD to travel from Phoenix to another state halfway across the country. My stuff has been on the road and out of my sight for 3 weeks. We just moved into the new place today and not a single thing is broken, including TVs, a LARGE full length mirror, candles, dishware etc. No corners of furniture ripped off or anything. They were, all 3, so diligent and hardworking, I seriously can’t thank them enough. Past experience, I’ve had things broken even traveling down the street. Seriously the best moving company and wish this company was national!

3 guys showed up to move me from a 3 Bedroom Apt to a1Bedroom Apt same complex! They were on time! They did an Outstanding Job! I had some stuff I wanted to be taken to storage and they Accomplished that Mission which was above and beyond! Unfortunately I don’t remember their names! I will use this company again and I will recommend them to family & friends!

First of all Jesse was a great communicator and answered all my questions and helped put my mind at ease that his movers could handle the job. Jaime, Carlos, DeAnthony, Adrian and Ernesto were timely, competent and conscientious. Highly recommend them.

I'm absolutely delighted with this company. I used their services three times and have never been disappointed. They were all highly professional and dependable. Just used this companies services this past weekend and was throughly impressed with their services. Have had experiences with other companies and creative movers blew me away with how thorough they were with communication, wrapping furniture, creative thinking and mindfulness in packing their truck with your personal belongings.. full 9 yards these guys are awesome. I've used this company on 2 occasions to move in and out of apartments and both experiences have been great. The team that showed up for my recent move was fantastic. Renee, Al, and Adrian got the job done in a timely manner and were great about a couple hiccups encountered along the way. The destination was challenging since I had to escort them in and out of a building but they handled it with no problem. Would not hesitate in calling Creative next time I have a move planned.

Honestly, the best experience moving i have had. most companies are temp workers and they don't care. these guys were professional , on time and gentle with my stuff.

Always so professional, clean, efficient and organized. The thought of someone carrying large wardrobe boxes down a flight of stairs was stressing me out, until I saw how gracefully they glided down the old, narrow staircase. Next level spatial awareness. As both a business owner and a home owner, I've used Creative Moving and Packing a number of times throughout the years. When it came time to expand my business they helped break down, transport, and set up a 100 team office with the highest degree of efficiency and professionalism. Not only were they extremely fast, they also took time & care to ensure nothing was damaged. I was so impressed with their service I recently hired them to move my family's personal belongings to our new home. Once again they were fantastic. Fantastic!! From start to finish the customer service was incredible. The week before our move Nova called to confirm all the details. The day of, we received a call before they arrived and a text upon arrival. Cameron and the whole team were amazing, clean, fast, super efficient! Everything was handled carefully and all furniture was wrapped in blankets and plastic. Definitely plan to use them again next time we move - and would recommend!!

We used Creative Moving to help us do an in-state move. We used their packing, loading and unloading service for the entire house. They took everything minus perishable food, live plants and chemicals (cleaning products under the sink). They even took things out in the yard and garage. The positives: The moving team was very professional, friendly and easy to work with with. They were on time and packed everything and unloaded everything in a very timely manner. They did a walk through with us and understood our needs and concerns. They made a lot of effort to pack things safely and carefully. Nothing was lost or misplaced. Things were labeled and placed in the appropriate rooms in the new house. They had special boxes for odd items like paintings, TV's and clothes on hangers. They also did a walk through with us before they left for the new house checking each cabinet. The process was quick and stress free for us, they took care of everything. The negatives (minimal): They did mistake two real plants for fake ones; one died. As I mentioned above, they were very careful with art, but we found one framed piece of art (24x18) randomly placed in a box with other stuff with no protection. Unfortunately, this art was damaged; the front was scratched. Also, there were a few random things left behind mostly in the garage. We were going to go back to the house the following day to clean up so this wasn't a huge issue, but if this was going to be our last time in the house and it was left behind or left for us to stuff in our already packed cars, it might have been a bigger issue. All in all great service and would highly recommend. It is a little on the pricey side, but if you can swing it, do it! The amount of ease and stress this took away is just about priceless. Again, the crew was great, very easy to work with and professional. The negatives were very minimal, just keep in mind to leave some space in your own vehicle to take some stuff for things they can't take, accidently leave behind or for things super fragile or sentimental.

Excellent start to finish! I've used movers like Creative 20+ times in another state, and I could not be happier with our move yesterday-- start to finish. Creative is easy to work with, follows through exactly as planned, is careful, and very professional. Much appreciated!

Finding good movers is HARD, but I've now used Creative Moving twice and they've been great. Most recently, Ernie, Carlos, and Jaimie moved me from one challenging apartment to another challenging apartment (elevator waits and long walks). They were friendly, speedy, and most of all, very careful with my belongings. (I'm sorry I don't recall the names of the team that took care of me a year ago but they were just as professional/careful/great!). Highly recommend them as not only are their teams great, they are relatively reasonably priced, always show up on time, are communicative, and the front office is easy to work with as well. All around just a hassle-free move!

These guys were absolutely amazing! They showed up early, packed every single piece of furniture we had with care (boxes, blankets, wrap, everything). We moved from a second floor apartment to a house. Anything they had to disassemble at the apartment, they reassembled at the new house. They offered multiple times to move furniture to where I wanted it and made sure everything was done right the first time. Highly recommended, very professional. If we ever have to move again, I know exactly who we're calling!

We have used creative moving several times. They are professional, courteous, and very careful when handling your personal belongings. Rene, who was the lead person, explained everything carefully and they all were so amazing. Would use this company again! You should too!

The actual move and professionalism of the crew was amazing! They took such good care of the wrapping the furniture and protecting everything from getting dirty. Minus one star because one minor item went missing which is ok because small things get lost, but I called twice about it and left messages and no one called me back.

Look no further! These are your future movers!! I did a lot of diligence ahead of time and Creative definitely delivered. The 5 star ratings are no joke. Here’s your rockstar crew: Jaime, Carlos and Alfred! We did packing and a full move, these guys are legit. I know this isn’t an easy job, but these guys were ultra professional, polite and happy! I also spoke with Jesse the General Manager and Nova our account rep, both are also awesome. I really can’t say enough about Jaime, Carlos and Alfred. They made a potentially stressful day incredibly smooth and stress-free.

Our daughter had to move this time and so we returned to Creative Moving. Based on our first experience, we did not see a need to go anywhere else. Nova plans everything in detail and communicates all that is needed to the customer. She follows up and follows through. On the day of moving Melito, Al and Jacob were totally professional and extremely capable. What a pleasure it is to work with Creative Moving. They certainly know their business and execute it flawlessly.

We have used several moving companies before and have had both positive and negative experiences with them, but this company is by far the best company we have ever used. The whole process was seamless and enjoyable. Every employee was kind and helpful. I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely be using them again.
