Toilet was leaking, contacted the supers (Mike and Trish) and Alven from Found Spaces. A few things were tried and when they weren't completely effective the whole toilet was replaced. Mike did an excellent job replacing the toilet quickly and very minimal mess. Mike even went out of his way to offer some of the cardboard for my children to use for arts and crafts. I'm quite happy with how quickly this team got the issue resolved and how friendly everybody has been. Thank you everybody, I appreciate your hard work.

Maintenance has been very helpful whenever something needs attention. Alven is also very responsive and replies to emails and messages quickly, which makes things much easier.
