Mike came in, put in the new sink and tabs in a timely and professional way. No new message to clean up and was very efficient.

Kitchen faucet change was like I did it myself. Frank was very clean, organized and caring and did a great job as if it was his own home.

I had a good experience overall with the maintenance visit. The issue was addressed and Ali came by to follow up on the repair. Communication was straightforward, and although the situation required more work than expected, everything was handled in a timely way. Thanks to the team for resolving the problem.

I had multiple issues at my new place from the previous tenants and Dan was a huge help. He took the time to go through everything with me, test all possible issues that could be wrong, explained all the details to me thoroughly , and tried every possible option to help fix the problems. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive throughout the process. Great technician and a great experience overall. Really appreciate his help! He came out to my house today and did a fantastic job repairing 3 different things that were broken in my home. He was fast and efficient but also very determined in helping me. He went above and beyond and out of his way to get the proper parts for my stove repair to make sure it was working properly and to make sure the job was finished today so that I could use all my burners to make dinner. Very professional and attentive to the repairs as well as communicating with me about what parts were needed. Would highly recommend Dan for any and all repairs

I had a worker named Brandyn who did an excellent job and even did me a huge favour that was not asked of him. Kind service and put up with my very loud dog.

I had noticed our garbage and recycling overflowing in the parking lot and reached out to Found Spaces in an effort to make it a little tidier. A very short time later Nolan had replied to me ensuring Ian would be there to help clean it up. A few days later a new dumpster entirely showed up which will help a lot and it’s much cleaner. Very helpful folks.

I had a pleasant experience with Angela-Rose as our rental agent. She showed up on time, is very knowledgeable about the property, and takes the time to walk through all its features. She also responds to any inquiries, which made the whole process easy and smooth.

I would like to mention Sadhana Rimal, who is one of the best leasing agents in the company. She is very professional, friendly, and always willing to help. She made the leasing process smooth. I would also like to mention the maintainence guy Dan who came by to fix the false fire alarm sound and everything is working perfectly now. Maintenance has been very helpful whenever something needs attention Alven(Management)is there he very responsive and replies to emails and messages quickly, which makes things much easier.

Would highly recommend petty pest control and found spaces! They take care of any issues within a very reasonable timeframe. I communicated with Alven the entire way and he was so polite and informative. Thanks for making our lives easier!
