Found Spaces Property Management has consistently provided excellent service during my 3 years as a tenant. Recently, when I had an emergency with wastewater backing up through my basement shower drain, their maintenance person Dan responded promptly at 8 PM. Though the issue (tree roots in the main drain) required a professional plumber, Dan came quickly to assess the situation, and they had a plumber there first thing the next morning. This level of responsiveness and professionalism is typical of my experience with them. Highly recommend.
