Toilet was leaking, contacted the supers (Mike and Trish) and Alven from Found Spaces. A few things were tried and when they weren't completely effective the whole toilet was replaced. Mike did an excellent job replacing the toilet quickly and very minimal mess. Mike even went out of his way to offer some of the cardboard for my children to use for arts and crafts. I'm quite happy with how quickly this team got the issue resolved and how friendly everybody has been. Thank you everybody, I appreciate your hard work.

Renae was the best to work with! She was very responsive and did everything in her power to help me lock down a place as quickly as possible. Highly reccommend.

I would like to mention Sadhana Rimal, who is one of the best leasing agents in the company. She is very professional, friendly, and always willing to help. She made the leasing process smooth. I would also like to mention the maintainence guy Dan came who came by to fix the false fire alarm sound and everything is working perfectly now. Maintenance has been very helpful whenever something needs attention. Alven is also very responsive and replies to emails and messages quickly, which makes things much easier.

Brandon has been incredible. He always reaches out by text to set up a convenient time, as well as when he is on the way. While he is here he is professional, quick, and unobtrusive. Given my additional health issues, he has always been very accommodating and will to mask. I rate him 10 out of 10

Brandon was very responsive and helpful. He texts to set up appointments, and to let me know when he's in his way, and he has been very efficient and professional. He most recent stopped in to fix my washing machine and it was quick and unintrusive. I also have additional medical concerns and he was accommodating and would wear a mask while he was here.

Had a small leak in ceiling and Dan our maintenance guy fixed it and made it look brand new extremely quickly
