My apartment building is well maintained, and when I need to send a request I get a quick response and the issue dealt with within a reasonable time. In particular, Dean has been incredibly helpful! He takes care of the outdoor/garbage removal and since he took over doing it, we never miss a week and the outdoor area is kept very clean. The lady who comes to clean the hallways is also very meticulous and punctual and does a very good job. I'm quite satisfied with the way the building is maintained and very thankful towards Dean and the other maintenance staff.

Anna was really helpful during our leasing phase. Everything went smoothly and she was very informative.
