I highly recommend Found Spaces Property Management, Hamilton if you are looking for a top to bottom service that puts the landlord and clients first. Having recently worked with Kate at Found spaces, I can firmly say that the experience has been exactly what one would expect from a property management service. Emails were always answered promptly and with sufficient detail to avoid confusion. I always felt that kate and her team had my best interests at the forefront. Should I need property management services in the future, I will certainly re-connect with them.

Excellent property management company, very friendly towards new residents. Anna has really simplified our move from France to Canada, and has always been very helpful and professional (she even helped us with a difficult mattress delivery!).
