I was having ongoing pain in my right hip, and after my first visit with Mona, my hip is infinitely better it’s like night and day. After discussing my problem she knew right away where the problem was and relieved the pain instantly, my pain level went from a 12 to a 2. She truly is a professional in her profession. I would recommend Mona to anyone that’s having Physio issues.

I have had a very attentive and effective treatment with Devin at the Wellington clinic. I have seen numerous physio clinics, massage therapists, osteopaths and chiropractors over the years for this issue, and did not see or feel immediate or long term improvements. Devin was able to assess exactly what the issue was and prescribe exercises and treatment effective in rectifying the issue.

I have been dealing with my fourth concussion and the neck and back pain that comes along with it. Maple Care has greatly improved my pain. I’m so so grateful!!

I was treated by Mona over the course of about two weeks on an urgent/acute basis due to severe back spasms - I literally could barely walk and needed to recover asap because of an upcoming ski trip. She expertly diagnosed me, taking the time to understand that it was likely the discs being inflamed and therefore needing to reduce inflammation asap. It worked! Three weeks later I am back on my feet and completely pain-free.

Excellent Ottawa based Physiotherapy Clinic with outreach for home visits. The physiotherapists are highly trained and are particularly skilled in providing individualized physiotherapy to people with physical disabilities. Our son’s physiotherapist, Devon, who makes home visits twice is particularly skilled at knowing the balance between strengthening the muscles, but not overworking them. The office staff have been excellent at answering any enquires we have and at submitting claims. Thanks so much MapleCare Physiotherapy!

Initially when I first came to this physio facility I had a lot of questions in my mind. I was the victim of a car accident in 2023 and I was frantically trying to find a trustworthy place that I could build a level of trust and get honest answers and set realistic expectations. After a few hours of search, I was surprised how many physio places were for lack of a better expression had alleged special relationships with insurance companies as people who don't know when an alleged auto insurance company has it preferred list. It's a list that they want you to go to and professionals in the industry have explained to me that may not be the best place because ethics may not be as honorable. So the first thing I did once I got that information from independent sources was I called around and I asked were they independent? Some called me back and some said there we're not independent. They were set to deal with particular auto insurance companies. So I finally had found this particular location and right away I was told they don't have any relationships with any particular insurance company. They don't care what insurance companies think they do. What's right for the customer. So once I got through that barrier when I first came in and I saw the team the secretary was very hard-working and she even paid for my parking that would have cost me an arm and a leg given I was coming twice a week. I was given a number of good exercises and I found out exactly what I was dealing with and this place was very tolerant. That could have fine to me every time because I was late about 80% of the time more on the Wednesday for some reason or the other. I was averaging 15-20 minutes late, sometimes on the Monday. However, I wasn't as late but I was still late more often than I should have been. However people need to focus is the level of care that you get here. It is a smaller place yes, but the level of knowledge you get and everything they provide for you is something you won't find anywhere else. Just element of caring and the even offer for those who aren't mobile who cannot come in to the place. They will travel to you for those in those situations. I'm thoroughly very happy with all the knowledge that I gained has. I'm trying to rebuild my life from the injuries that I sustained in 2023. It was kind of complicated because there was some issues from the 2016 accident that I was in that I was able to figure out and what is really important was the level of exercises and knowledge. I never got this kind of treatment in 2016. One of the biggest mistakes I ever made was going to the preferred list of the insurance company in 2016. A treatment didn't last very long and people who knew me noticed that still had some issues yet. The 2016 place that went to that was on the preferred list of insurance companies kept saying I was doing great but in reality I found out I was being lied to and granted on my own. I improved things between 20 and 2023 for the accident that took place on April 8th of 2023. I felt very secure here when I started my treatment in December of 2023. The exercises that I was given were very unique and very innovative. I've never seen anything like it having to lift a kettlebell rotate around my body like a basketball and all kinds of little things that helped me identify some of the issues that maybe I overlooked. I realized how bad my balance was, but the positive encouragement that I got from the trainer that I had, he was very positive and I just knew I had to stay focused on whatever he was trying to train me because it was the only way I was going to bring through that fear. It wasn't about just being good at everything is about just getting to learn what I needed to rebuild and work on a series of things. The Structure that I was given became a way of life. I am going to turning 50 in May. I would highly recommend this please especially if you are in a motor vehicle accident l. The location that I spent my time with was at the Woodroffe location and The staff here in particular was excellent.

This physio clinic accepted the MOH referral following an extensive spine surgery, it was honestly difficult to find a clinic willing to tackle this rehab, especially for an "OHIP" patient. Rahi worked one-on-one and was extremely knowledgeable about how to relieve pain & where to build more strength for positive results. My one star removed is because MOH allows for a lengthy rehab for spine surgery and this clinic only ever accepts any of "the MOH patients" for a one month maximum. I was told it is due to space constraints, not need or progress. Rahi did send me off with an excellent program to move forward with and within the month good progress was made with her help and expertise.

Mona is the best Physio I have ever had for the initial analysis and is best at sorting my pain and improvement

I had jaw pain for over 3 months, after a few sessions I was finally able to eat a hamburger again. I hadn't been able to eat one in a very long time due to the pain. Thank you!
