Thank you for your service. I needed new barrels for my security doors as they were hard to lock and unlock. Toplock attended on time to have a look and quote. It would have been done straight away but didn't have the correct ones on board. I made a booking a few days later and arrived promptly and fixed all the screens. Thanks for your good service.

I was very happy with the installation of a smart lock done by Shawn at toplock. Shawn did an excellent job of securing my front door. I bought a Yale smart lock. I've had a lot of difficulty trying to get the lock to work as described in the promotional material. Shawn was able to help me with the digital configuration and referred me to Yale for more assistance. I've been working with Yale to resolve without success.

We had our lock rekeyed by inexperienced locksmith and we were locked out, couldn’t use the given new key to turn the lock. We called Toplock and had Sean came out to fix the problem lock and got us inside very quick. Very happy with the price! It is not easy to find a reputable locksmith.

Great service and very knowledgeable but a pit pricey

Fantastic service from TopLock, were able to give a quote over the phone, and despite exhausting all methods and having to drill out the lock barrel and install a new one stuck to the quote despite it being 11PM. Highly recommend.

These guys were on time, quick and provided the service we needed. **Update** Using a miscut key damaged the lock and caused it to cease working properly. Mitchell from Toplock was dispatched, called to arrange to arrive a little earlier than expected which was appreciated, was very professional and totally explained what the problem was. Even though the fault was from a miscut key, he offered to fix free of charge. I would not hesitate to totally recommend these guys for all your Locksmithing needs.

Hi My front door lock fell apart on Friday night/Saturday morning so much so I could barely get the door open. Top lock came out and inserted a new lock etc straight away and did a great job.

Had an urgent job that needed to be done at work for the door on our storefront, I called up and spoke to Veronica who was super helpful and organised a free inspection and quote for me. Within half an hour Shaun (I believe his name was) rocked up and told us exactly what we'd need and got a new bolt sorted out and installed no fuss. Quick, simple and a decent price too. Got me out a spot of bother today and had it all sorted with plenty of time to spare. Great service all round, Toplock will definitely be my first place to call for any locksmith jobs in the future. EDIT: Needed another emergency job done at work and once again Veronica was incredibly helpful in getting it sorted for me as soon as possible. Thanks again team 👍
