Can’t remember the last time I had better service than this. Super friendly when I called to book, snuck me in for a same day callout even though it wasn't an emergency, free callout and quote genuinely felt like there were no strings attached and I could say no if I wanted to. Locksmith was more than happy to answer all my questions and genuinely wanted to find me the right solution, came back a couple of days later to fit new lock and job done. Pricing competitive enough to other locksmiths around but for the service and peace of mind I would’ve paid double.

So helpful on.the phone and then came out within an hour to sort our broken lock. Fantastic. Thanks!

Quick service except the safe was fully unlocked before it's return despite two staff being advised, when booking and when i delivered it to business, that I had the key to open it after the combination was removed.

Unfortunately lock myself out on a Saturday evening. Called and was immediately connected to an after hours. Gave a very prompt and accurate response on both the job and eta. Very friendly service that was able to allow access back to the apartment. Great service, highly recommended.

John was efficient, knowledgeable and clearly skilled in his craft. He created a ton of mess chiseling out an unusable deadbolt and it was cleared up to perfection before he left without me lifting a finger. He recommended us solutions for our particular needs rather than trying to just upsell or stick any old lock on. Streamlined our huge bundle of keys to just two as well.
