Locked myself out of home on a Sunday and was very happy with the response to my emergency call. John quickly gained access for me. I am an elderly person and his efficiency was much appreciated and calmed my nerves. Definitely recommend Toplock foe all locksmith needs.

Toplock were very quick to respond to my request when we had an external door lock jam after the recent heavy rain. The locksmith was professional, knowledgeable and efficient, fixed the problem quickly and left the area clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

Very happy the the Toplock Locksmiths team. Making the booking was easy and they were able to work to my request for an early start. The locksmith arrived on time, and completed the rekeying quickly and efficiently - he was quite knowledgeable so was able to talk through the options for rekeying and what system to use. Call out for Spinner lock malfunction and emergency opening of a electronic swing gate. Came out within 2 hours and at a reasonable cost compared to calling the Qld fire brigade to chop down The non operational gate. Will use Top Lock again Cheers

John at Toplock was efficient, on time and very helpful checking all locks and keying an additional one the same as others. He was also adept at working with our 98 year old French doors to align them for closing effectively once again.

Need to rekey and replace old locks for a Queenslander house. Got 3 quotes from 3 locksmiths. Toplock is the most competitive and the fastest response. John came to assess promptly and provided solutions better than my expectations. Veronica coordinates well with me and confirms the appointment quickly. John’s installation and explanation demonstrates craftsmanship and sense of aesthetics. He integrated the old lock and new digital lock into the front door. Now everyone says it looks very neat and secured. The profession to every detail and do better attitude by Toplock is very difficult to find these days. TopLock were able to provide a locksmith within an hour of my calling which was above my expectations as my requirement was not super urgent. The locksmith who attended did a very good job and observed a couple of other items which I was not across fully. Whilst price is probably higher than I anticipated I was very happy overall with the response and workmanship.

Fantastic service! I called the customer service line at midday, the Lady was super helpful and booked me in for a free quote. A gentleman came out the SAME DAY at 3pm. He gave me a free quote then and there, I gave the green light to go ahead. By 3:30 I had all the locks changed in the house.

I called Toplock for an after hours job and while they were not available due to sickness, they took the time to contact me back and provide details of another locksmith they recommended that I could get in touch with. They were very polite and helpful. It was really great service even though they weren’t available for the job.
