Need to rekey and replace old locks for a Queenslander house. Got 3 quotes from 3 locksmiths. Toplock is the most competitive and the fastest response. John came to assess promptly and provided solutions better than my expectations. Veronica coordinates well with me and confirms the appointment quickly. John’s installation and explanation demonstrates craftsmanship and sense of aesthetics. He integrated the old lock and new digital lock into the front door. Now everyone says it looks very neat and secured. The profession to every detail and do better attitude by Toplock is very difficult to find these days. If you are after reliable and pleasant locksmith service, give them a call. Kudos to John and Veronica!

TopLock were able to provide a locksmith within an hour of my calling which was above my expectations as my requirement was not super urgent. The locksmith who attended did a very good job and observed a couple of other items which I was not across fully. Whilst price is probably higher than I anticipated I was very happy overall with the response and workmanship.

Everyone I dealt with was super professional, courteous and proactive…and all for very reasonable rates. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service! I called the customer service line at midday, the Lady was super helpful and booked me in for a free quote. A gentleman came out the SAME DAY at 3pm. He gave me a free quote then and there, I gave the green light to go ahead. By 3:30 I had all the locks changed in the house.

I called Toplock for an after hours job and while they were not available due to sickness, they took the time to contact me back and provide details of another locksmith they recommended that I could get in touch with. They were very polite and helpful. It was really great service even though they weren’t available for the job.

I've generally always used toplock. There price is on point, and you generally can't find a faster response time, especially on the weekend. Last time I used toplock was an emergency job which involved police and an ambulance. The locksmith was really cool with the whole situation and it was a difficult location. I've probably used them about 10 times over the years and have never had an issue... Honestly I've generally been impressed.

The locksmith installed the new fire proof digital lock efficiently and also programmed the codes and explained how it worked. Excellent service and reasonably priced.

Same day service, fixed the break quickly, fair price, recommended

I have used Toplock on a number of occasions. Always timely and helpful. This time John fixed security screen locks for me as well as another latch that I had not identified as not working properly - saved me a later call out. John was on time, friendly and demonstrated his expertise. Toplock fitted me into their schedule very quickly and my job was done within 2 business days of my call.

Thank you for your service. I needed new barrels for my security doors as they were hard to lock and unlock. Toplock attended on time to have a look and quote. It would have been done straight away but didn't have the correct ones on board. I made a booking a few days later and arrived promptly and fixed all the screens. Thanks for your good service.

I was very happy with the installation of a smart lock done by Shawn at toplock. Shawn did an excellent job of securing my front door. I bought a Yale smart lock. I've had a lot of difficulty trying to get the lock to work as described in the promotional material. Shawn was able to help me with the digital configuration and referred me to Yale for more assistance. I've been working with Yale to resolve without success.

We had our lock rekeyed by inexperienced locksmith and we were locked out, couldn’t use the given new key to turn the lock. We called Toplock and had Sean came out to fix the problem lock and got us inside very quick. Very happy with the price! It is not easy to find a reputable locksmith.

Great service and very knowledgeable but a pit pricey

Fantastic service from TopLock, were able to give a quote over the phone, and despite exhausting all methods and having to drill out the lock barrel and install a new one stuck to the quote despite it being 11PM. Highly recommend.

These guys were on time, quick and provided the service we needed. **Update** Using a miscut key damaged the lock and caused it to cease working properly. Mitchell from Toplock was dispatched, called to arrange to arrive a little earlier than expected which was appreciated, was very professional and totally explained what the problem was. Even though the fault was from a miscut key, he offered to fix free of charge. I would not hesitate to totally recommend these guys for all your Locksmithing needs.
