I wanted my door locked fixed. I went onto google and picked the first crowd because they where cheap Wrong thing to do. The young guy had no idea what he was doing. So I looked up TopLock locksmiths They were so nice and knew what they were doing. He replaced my lock and my door works wonderful. The best job and very friendly, they where quick but most of all they are experienced and I highly recommend them to anyone. Well done guys the best they really helped me out I will be using them again

I bought an old style lock which had the locking mechanism suitable for a right hand lock not for a left hand one. Brought it back to the store where the staff altered the mechanism without charge. Great service.

Can’t remember the last time I had better service than this. Super friendly when I called to book, snuck me in for a same day callout even though it wasn't an emergency, free callout and quote genuinely felt like there were no strings attached and I could say no if I wanted to. Locksmith was more than happy to answer all my questions and genuinely wanted to find me the right solution, came back a couple of days later to fit new lock and job done. Pricing competitive enough to other locksmiths around but for the service and peace of mind I would’ve paid double.
