Highly recommend this company!! I used them recently for a job that I needed done urgently and from the moment I called I felt like a valued customer. I spoke to a lady called Veronica and she was amazing, so helpful for providing solutions on working out if the lock I wanted would fit, I felt like nothing was too much trouble for her…..she was lovely. Then Callum visited to fit our lock, and the amazing customer service continued. Toplock Locksmiths must be among the best -- if not the best -- locksmith service in Brisbane. From my experience, Toplock is very responsive, highly skilled, and still affordable. I called Callum with a lockout problem -- an emergency for me. He responded immediately, quickly resolved the problem, and was very careful with my property. You can place your trust in Callum and Toplock -- knowing the job will be done to the highest standard.

We used TopLock guys twice for our Practice In Everton Park. I found them through Google search and they came up with 5 star reviews. In both occasions the work was done efficiently and thoroughly. Last Friday it was an emergency call out and John came very quickly and the lock was fixed in no time. Veronica is just amazing, so friendly, accommodating and nothing is a problem. There's nothing quite as scary as calling out a locksmith on a Sunday to repair a lock that just had to break on a weekend! Cal was here in about half an hour and was courteous, knowledgeable and did his utmost to minimize any collateral damage. Can't recommend Toplock enough. When you hear the horror stories on social media it's great to know that there are still reliable, honest companies like this still around.

Very happy the the Toplock Locksmiths team. Making the booking was easy and they were able to work to my request for an early start. The locksmith arrived on time, and completed the rekeying quickly and efficiently - he was quite knowledgeable so was able to talk through the options for rekeying and what system to use. Great service prompt response

Call out for Spinner lock malfunction and emergency opening of a electronic swing gate. Came out within 2 hours and at a reasonable cost compared to calling the Qld fire brigade to chop down The non operational gate. Will use Top Lock again Cheers
