Always quality service! This is my second time having a vehicle taken care of here and both times I’ve been impressed. I had someone back into my car in 2017 (I think) and when they were done with it you couldn’t even tell! I just had another vehicle in that was hit by something while it was parked and it’s good as new. They even cleaned my car cleaner than I could ever get it and put my belongings neatly in a tote in the back. They are always very friendly as well and have plenty to keep kids entertained if you have to bring them along. Highly recommend this body shop!

The group at Collision Specialist Inc. could not be any BETTER!! I took my new truck, purchased April 04, 2023, to them to get an estimate on what it would cost to repair a scratch from a local car wash in town(go check out that review). My only intention was to get an idea of what I was in for to get this fixed. The most AMAZING thing happened, they instructed me to go watch So Who Wants to be a Millionaire(um this guy!) in the lobby and he was going see what he could do. My first thought, how long am I gonna be here? I have to work tomorrow? Will my wife miss me? I had no idea what I was in for. I have no idea what kind of magic they have back there, but my truck wasn't gone long enough for me to see if case #6 held a penny or $1,000,000.00. You know what else I couldn't see THE SCRATCH in my truck. He said he was able to buff it out as it was in the upper shell or candy coating or ozone layer( I was too excited to really tune in to the technical jargon he was laying). I braced myself for the next part, when I realized I had just given my keys to a body shop with no idea of the work to be performed. Not gonna lie, thoughts immediately raced through my head as to how many credit cards I would have to split this to in order to keep it off the radar of the wife. What he said next surprised me more than my wife actually agreeing to marry me, he said , " NO CHARGE!!" What, NO SCRATCH and NO CHARGE, this is too good to be true. The only thing I regret is not knowing what was in case #6, otherwise this place is TOP NOTCH!!!

Couldn’t be more grateful to the employees of Collision Specialists! I got into a silly accident with a pole. Uff. I damaged the front passenger side, my passenger mirror, and had a big dent. Definitely not a proud moment in my life. Talk about embarrassing! I called Collision Specialists when the incident happened, and had an excellent experience from the start. Brandon Salz was SO helpful walking me through the estimate and insurance claim. He called with updates when he had them, and stayed on top of keeping me in the loop when we had to go out of town for awhile. I couldn’t recommend these folks enough. As a young woman, it’s awesome to find folks that treat you with respect + care. The guidance I received was 10/10. Bonus: they left my vehicle squeaky clean!!

For me, the service was excellent. Collisions uses techniques that result in an efficient, clean, organized and on-time repair experience. I needed a new door and color match to my 2021 4runner. Since they are a State Farm Select repair center,I only needed to make one call to State Farm. Everything necessary was done without any further involvement from me. They also use project management software which gave me daily updates on the progress of my repair. Summary, great experience for me with a terrific result.

I preform a specialization and have contracted with shops for many years, and have been in and out of many.... and I find CSI to be a rare jewel..... the people, facility and the work they perform is all stellar...... Nick too is an outstanding painter. They're fussy and expect quality from all of us. They could use a bigger place, they're just going to get busier Brad

CSI was recommended by my insurance company. I immediately contacted them and spoke with Mark, who met with me the following day. Mark diagnosed my car's issue and fixed it quickly at a price that was significantly less than the dealership estimate and way below my insurance deductible. This place hits the trifecta for businesses that I like to deal with: professional, honest, and friendly. I am very pleased that I went there.

Collision Specialist did an amazing job repairing my front bumper and fender on my Yukon denali! Great customer service and communication throughout the repair. They also installed new head lights and did scratch touch ups. After picking it up I was so surprised they detailed the interior of my vehicle! I will always us Collision Specialist inc.....

I had work done on my rear suv hatch, and everyone was wonderful to work with. The work was done well within the estimated time, they helped schedule a rental car, kept me updated on times, and returned my car washed and cleaned outside and inside (which was unexpected). Would gladly work with them again and refer others to them.

This is my second time using CSI and I’m impressed more each time I see them. Super friendly and professional folks that go out of their way to be helpful. They take pride in their business and you can tell. The inside of the building is really nice and has comfy seating to sit and relax. There is even a cool area for the kids to play. I was in a crash and needed a rental bc the repairs would take a few days. I had never had to use a rental for this so I was unsure how that worked or if I had to to organize it all but…nope they too care of setting up rental service. Which definitely took the stress off of me. They kept me up to date on the status of repairs and were right on track with their estimated completion time. I even had an important question pop up on a Sunday and Scott got back to me immediately w a solution. Saved the day!! We are very lucky to have such a professional and dedicated business serving Austin and the surrounding area. Highly recommend CSI they made my life easy during an otherwise stressful time.
