My wife came to Balsam Spa for the first time based on online reviews. The owner, Binal, took care of her and threading her eye brows. My wife was very impressed and satisfied with the service. My husband and I had couples 50-minute relaxation massages at Balsam Spa in Newmarket, and really enjoyed them. Both masseuses were very professional and friendly. We definitely plan to return, and would do the 50-minute again; it's the perfect amount of time.

At the old location on Main I found that Richard, the RMT, is excellent at his job. I have also had a great experience with Binal more recently for facials and a pedicure. She is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and kind. I'd definitely recommend this spa to others looking for something local

Recently I tried the laser hair removal. I had been going somewhere else to do this service, many sessions in and results were not the greatest. I just thought it was normal to have to continue to keep going back. Until I tried Balsam Spa laser hair removal. It really worked. It's been three months not a hair has grown back It's smooth the process was quick and easy. I highly recommend if you were thinking of laser hair this is your spot. Not only do they do laser hair, I actually enjoy all the services they have to offer. I have been a client since they have opened . A highly recommend a hot stone massage and a purifying facial. Wonderful enery in the Spa and the staff and team beautiful caring individuals.

This experience blew me away! I'm leaving this review as I'm leaving the spa because it was just that good! Brandy gave me a full body scrub, facial and 80 min massage and it was unreal. The massage was the best I've ever had! She was so attention to detail and so kind as well. I'm so happy I will definitely be returning to see Brandy again.

I went to Balsam spa with my sister, we had an enjoyable experience, we were quite comfortable the entire time we were there. Both Roopal & Daniella were excellent. We will go again and recommend the spa to everyone.

I had my first ever lash lift and tint here done by Brandy. I am so happy with the results and Brandy was amazing, she answered all of my questions and explained what she was doing while she did it. The spa itself is sanitary and has a very calming environment.

I received a personal assessment of my skin and the recommended vitamin C facial treatment. The treatment was extremely relaxing and enjoyable. My skin was left soft, and with a very healthy glow. The appointment was slightly delayed as the spa was not yet open when I arrived and the esthetician did not introduce herself or use my name which gave a less personal feel than I have experienced elsewhere, however she was very kind, and professional and I was very happy with my facial.

My friend and I went for facials and had a lovely experience. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. It was my first time getting a facial and the staff made me feel relaxed and were informative. We had the vitamin C facial and microdermabrasion, my skin felt and looked incredible after.
