I had to take my car for repairs after a minor collision after only having the car for less than 2 weeks and it was brand new. I was extremely impressed with the respect I was treated. Everyone there was was extremely professional and very understanding with my time limitation and concerns. The communication was prompt and I was always informed of timelines. Like I mentioned, it was a NEW car and I was afraid they were not going to leave it to my standards. Not only was I extremely happy with the results, I passed on the review to CAA who is my insurance to make sure they keep them as top rated. I will 100% recommend them to my friends and family.

Been taking my vehicles here since 2007 and just recently had my vehicle keyed by someone. They do the best paint and body work in all of Gta. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone. They take care of your vehicle and return it to you in super clean condition

**Really Impressed!** Just wanted to share my most recent experience with J&E Tokyo Auto Collision Center. January, 2025 I had issue that I thought would cost me quite a bit of stress and money to fix. My Toyota’s SUV’s whole side/back panel on passenger side above wheel was completely popped out from impact as someone hit my car and drove away. Jeremy at J&E Tokyo laid out all options and helped me pick one that saved me hundreds of dollars. Team took one hour to fix the issue it and I was amazed with results. If you're looking for a reliable auto body shop that won't rip you off, this is the place to visit. I cannot thank Jeremy and team enough for their honesty and amazing customer service.

The staff were very informative about the repairs to be made on my vehicle. They were very kind and professional throughout my experience. They stated it would take 2 to 3 days for my vehicle to be repaired but was ready the next day and even cleaned the car inside and out! I would highly recommend this location for any future repairs!

Someone hit my car. J and E took it in, had the repairs done on time, the car looks like nothing happened and the price was the best out of all the places I went for a quote. Service is friendly. Only caveat is the receptionist isn’t the best communicator. Easier to talk to the reps. They are great. I would recommend J and E to anyone.

Good service it show the owner care and resolve problems or issues very quickly that you may have. I'm not a easy customer either when come to my car.
