Updated Post I’ve been attending bodyworx vitality for over 2 years. They have a well staffed team with multiple different skill sets. I’ve personally used the services of 2 different physiotherapists named Quinn and Jo, a chiropractor named Amy, and 2 different massage therapists Ranjit and Tony. The people working the front desk are amazing as well. From the moment you walk in the front door it’s good vibrations. The front desk is extremely welcoming, and the staff of highly trained professionals they have working here have got to be the most skilled team in not just Toronto and the GTA but I would say all of Canada for sure. They all don’t just seem to know what they’re doing, they really know what they’re doing. If you have any chronic pain issues or are newly injured and are referred to see a physiotherapist/chiropractor or if you are just looking to use your employment benefits to get a massage, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THIS CLINIC FOR WHATEVER REASON YOU MAY HAVE. They are the best. They’ve taken great care of me over the years and although most physio appointments were excruciating painful (because of my condition not because they overdo it) I always came out feeling a little better than I did walking in. 5 stars is an understatement. Previous Post A little back story: I was assaulted and knocked unconscious and I’ve had pain since in my right shoulder. I’ve been working with Quinn doing physio 2 times a week and although the pain is still there, I still go to physio. Quinn is really educated on what he’s doing and he does the most to make you feel comfortable. I can tell he’s very passionate about what he does. Today I did chiro for the first time at this clinic with Amy, I didn’t know what to expect out of my evaluation, but Amy did a very thorough job evaluating my concussion and she really gives you a run down on everything. It’s service like this that keeps me motivated to continue to work towards a pain free life and I highly recommend this clinic.

*Update: The issue has been addressed, and we have received a refund for the misunderstanding, as promised. Thank you for your professionalism. LACK of Honesty or Transparency with Insurance Coverage! My wife, who recently gave birth, called to book her first appointment. She provided her current insurance information, and the person on the phone confirmed the session, assuring her that there would be no issues. However, when it came time to pay, we were told they couldn’t do direct billing (something we've been able to do with other local physio providers). This meant we had to pay upfront and submit a manual claim ourselves. We trusted them and proceeded with the payment. To our surprise, the insurance company declined the claim, stating that they don't work with BodyWorx Vitality. Having a newborn and dealing with the challenges of the current economy, we simply don’t have extra money to spare. Is it too much to ask for a bit of integrity? To all NEW CUSTOMERS: ask them to do direct billing prior to your session. If they can’t, just walk away!

The staff at Body Worx is amazing! They are all so knowledgeable! This is the best wellness centre around! I see Joe for physiotherapy and he amazing. Lisa has introduced me to FST and I am now hooked. I have finally committed to working on my overall health because of how great everyone is starting from reception to the back.

Dante the registered massage therapist is the best!!!! I can not say enough about him. Very professional and works thoroughly on the target/attention areas. Very knowledgeable as well. Do not hesitate to book with him.

Bodyworx Vitality is a key component to our facility. Every year we hire them as our medical staff for our gymnastics competition which we host 4 a year. They take care of all athletes in a very professional and caring manner. We highly recommend Bodyworx Vitality to any company who is looking for onsite medical care or their general services.

The GLAD program before my hip replacement was soo amazing. I am pain free after my surgery and I believe that the program works. The instructors were always checking to see if exercises were done properly. I strongly recommend this clinic if you want to be in less pain and have better mobility. TC

Chiara is friendly and incredibly helpful and always willing to go above and beyond! Ty Amy and Stephanie have really helped me with my back and neck and it's become a lot easier to look over my shoulder when I walk home at night! Thanks!
