Julia Grant is an amazing Physio! I have been seeing her for a few years now following a car accident. She has been exceptional in every way. I really look forward to the relief I get from her treatments, and the improved range in my neck. She also had me see Sarah Monsees at her clinic as a vestibular physio. Sarah is also exceptional at her job and really helped me with exercises for my balance and being able to move more easily without the nausea I had for so long. The staff at the Happy Valley clinic are also top notch. I really appreciate all of them. Thanks for being such an amazing TEAM!

Benia is an acupuncturist and she is fantastic. If you have any fears of needles, you don't have to worry about it. I could hardly feel it at all. If you had any long-term issues I would see her. Very gentle soul and comforting.

Parkway Physiotherapy & Performance Centre is awesome! When I phoned to find out if they could fit me in after my bad fall, I got an initial appointment that same day and was also set up for follow up appointments …. all before I even set foot in the building. My physiotherapist (Rachel) is also awesome. She is knowledgeable, patiently explains when necessary and is encouraging. I don’t feel rushed or overwhelmed. In general, I felt at ease the moment I walked in. I would definitely recommend Parkway!!

Their staff consistently exhibits professionalism, delivers thorough information, and tailors workout programs to individual needs. I have seen Dr. Morgan for Chiro on and off for about a year. He is very knowledgeable and respectful and I walk out of every appointment feeling great. The office staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

I had a nice day experience of recovering as a dancer with Jacqui who help me with exercises and some acupuncture. I also had good results with my posture habits after Jacqui care and feedback-reflexione.
