I just wanted to say how appreciative I am on the speed that I received service for a very painful hip issue with Parkway physiotherapy. Galen, the person who did my assessment and continued my treatment, spoke to me throughout allowing me to understand the process of locating the exact area of the injury. He followed with exercises, sent by video, leaving no doubt as to the correct way to do them. I also received IMS needles which alleviated my pain to some extent immediately. I continue to see Galen and my injury is definitely improving!!

I had a great initial pelvic floor physio assessment with Rebecca. She took the time to know me and my history and never rushed me. Not only did she put me completely at ease but she also was very knowledgeable and patient in answering my questions. She was extremely gentle with my examination which I was really anxious about before ky visit, and provided me a treatment plan based on my goals as a newly postpartum mom. The ladies at the front desk were very amiable and helpful as well. I will continue my sessions here with Rebecca and would totally recommend trying this centre for physio and other needs.

I have been seeing Benia for acupuncture and I can’t recommend her enough. She has such a calming presence and a very gentle touch, which made the entire session deeply relaxing. I felt immediate relief after my treatment and noticed real results right away. She is clearly skilled and genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being.

Rebecca is very knowledgeable and thorough. Pleasant girl explained my pelvic problems well.

My first visit to Parkway. I had been seeing a physio previously who now practises at Parkway. Great website, easy online booking and good communications confirming my appointment. The facility is new, spacious and with a tremendous amount of equipment which adds to the overall feeling of a center that will help you be successful! A shout out to physio Jacqui S. Her training and experiences are evident in the thoroughness of her assessments and treatment plans. If you have been unsuccessful with other physics or frustrated by cookie cutter approaches, head to Parkway and Jacqui.

Connor is a great physiotherapist who takes his time when treating you. The front desk staff are so very friendly and greet you with a smile.
