it very wonderful experience with Real Eyes Optometry, there is front Reception her name is Susan,she got most nicest patient, she got most soft spoken when she deal with my son's eye and and telling my son, and I the detailing one by one, how to get the glasses and all the information and later on, when we pick up the eyeglasses, she was on her lunch. She knows that we need to pick up the item. She literally put her lunch out of the side. She get up and then helping us have No hesitation. It's very nice for you to do that~♡

I had a great experience at this clinic. The doctors and the staff were both professional and kind. Susan was welcoming and efficient, and she is very knowledgeable. Dr. Pati is thorough with the eye examinations. He also takes the time to answer questions and address concerns without being dismissive or rushing. Highly recommend!

Started having bent and wavy vision in my left eye. Called in as a first time patient and I was lucky to get an appointment within the next 2 hours. Dr. Pati diagnosed I had a retinal detachment and referred me to a specialist the next day. I had surgery 2 days later and this saved my vision.

I’m extremely glad I went to Real Eyes Optometry after being referred there by Urgent Care this morning. Urgent Care initially thought I didn’t need antibiotic eye drops, but the team at Real Eyes took a closer look and discovered my eye condition was worse than it appeared, so I finally got antibiotic eye drops!!!!! Susan, the eye tech and receptionist, greeted me when I arrived for my appointment. She was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. She never made me feel bad when my eyes kept closing during the tests, which I really appreciated. Dr. Shaun Pati was also fantastic. He was patient, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever being dismissive. He ran several comprehensive tests on my eye and even did a vision test, so I was finally able to get my prescription updated. Afterwards, Susan helped me pick out a pair of glasses so I was able to get my prescription glasses. The whole visit took about three hours, but it honestly felt like such a productive errand day, as I was able to kill two birds with one stone. I left feeling well taken care of and really grateful for the team at Real Eyes Optometry!

This was my first experience with Real Eyes Optometry, and I am very pleased with their customers service. I did my eye exam and chose my lens and frame from them. Dr. Shaun Pati and Susan who I dealt with were very professional and patient in making sure I was content with my purchase. Their location is not so easy to notice but because its inside metro town center its convenient. Look for Susan if you have any questions.

Dr Sahota is really awesome, she explains to you in detail what you should do and is kind to answer any questions you might have. Also the Team in is awesome. I had a question about my prescription and I emailed them late in the day (after 5pm!!!) but still got a response a few minutes after!!!(i'm still in shock 🙂how fast Ms. Susan replied). They were gracious to help me out, even though they could have said "your appt was last week why are you asking more questions", but instead helped me out with my query. I am VERY pleased with this Team 👏👍👏

I recently visited Real Eyes Optometry and had an amazing experience. The receptionists and doctors were extremely friendly and professional. One of the staffs, Susan, explained everything clearly and had no problems with answering any question I had. I will definitely be coming back and will recommend this place to my family.

I had such a wonderful experience at Real Eye Optometry, went there twice already, first for my regular eyeglasses and second to fill the prescription from CNIB for computer use. Thankful to thier amazing staff Susan. She was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. She fixed my eyeglasses right away when I said it keeps on slipping off and did it with care and precision. She also took the time to help me choose frames for my new computer lenses—never rushing, but making sure I was comfortable and truly happy with my choice. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness really stood out. I left feeling confident, well cared for, and grateful for the excellent service. Thanks again, SUSAN!

Real Eye Optometrist in Metrotoem mall is the best I have seen in many years in BC, Dr. Sahota and her team are real professional, Dr. Sahota is quite knowledgeable, she puts a lot of effort in her work and she makes sure your medical vist or eyes exam is done with much care and kindness. I would highly recommend Real Eyes Optometry. The staff and doctors are both professional and kind, as they were welcoming as soon as I stepped in. The service was quick, and Dr. Pati was very knowledgeable in addressing a discomfort in my eye, helping me treat it without any issues. The front desk team also stood out for their kindness—especially the asian lady, who was very helpful with answering a couple questions that I had. I commend the staff here for the care and attention they provide.

Dr. Pati has been my optometrist for the last 6 years and he's great! Very communicative, kind, and gentle during eye exams. The office staff are also wonderful - Susan has been super helpful when answering questions, for booking and payments, and picking out frames/adjusting frames! She truly goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend visiting this clinic :)
