This is my second time going to Chipmaster after scratching my car on a pole in my underground parking garage. Both times, Romel and his team were the quickest to reply, offered the best price, and actually finished the work earlier than estimated—with excellent quality. I’d 10/10 recommend them to anyone. Unfortunately, because of my poor parking skills, I’ll probably be back—but at least I know I’m in the best hands!

It took them 15mins to inspect and prepare a thorough quote, then explained each line item to me. No pressure to proceed. These guys are real, professional, with excellent communication throughout. I was originally quoted a week, but they finished early and I picked it up on the 3rd day! P.S. I've done my due diligence and visited multiple shops in the area on the same day. I had my bumper cover completely replaced more than 10 years ago with Chipmaster Markham with a CAPA part and it's held up great. Recently just had my fender panel and rusted out rocker panel repaired. Experience this time and the first time was no different, clear communication, very reasonable quote, great work (went above and beyond with some extra attention to details) and fast turnaround time. Thanks Rommel, Ryan and Ron.

I highly recommend Chipmaster in Markham. I dealt with Ryan initially and then Romel for the actual work on my car. They were both courteous and efficient and Romel was great. I was very pleased with the paint repair on my rear door and the reasonable cost. Years ago I had gone there for another repair and though having moved to another town, I didn’t hesitate to return there again for my repair.

Had a major scratch on the rear of my Audi from a garage door mishap as well as a couple other minor scratches on bumper. Worked with Romel who was great and highly professional, Chipmaster fixed it all and my car looks as good as new! All in all excellent experience and would recommend.

Had my vettes hood changed and painted at chipmaster and Rommel and Ryan were amazing to deal with. Rommel messaged me updates on it and did not want to give me the car back until it was perfectly complete. They offer fair prices and were very good to deal with. Would definitely recommend for all body shop work.

While teaching my son to drive he drove my 2021 Hyundai Palisade into a ditch, both sides of the SUV was heavily damaged. I had dealt with Chipmaster previously with fixing some rust spots on my wife's car and was very happy with the repair. why my car was being pulled out of the ditch I called Remel, (yes, I had his card in my wallet) and he told me to have to tow truck driver take the SUV directly to the shop. I reach out to my insurance company to report the accident; my insurance company wanted me to have the SUV taken to one of their own repair shop to have it looked at. The suggestion of taking the car to their own shop sounded fishy to me so I call Romel and he told me that if I allowed the insuranece company to move the car from the Chipmaster shop they would quickly write off my car even though the damage was nowhere near enough to be written off. I told the insurance company that I was rather leave the car where it is and wanted them to send the adjuster to Chipmaster to look at the SUV. it took almost a month before the adjuster went Chipmaster to look at the car. Remel called my told me know that the adjuster came and decided the car was not damaged enough to be written off. Romel gave the insurance company a quote for the repair and the quote was accepted by the insurance company. Romel fixed the car.... I could not tell the car was ever in an accident..it was PERFECT. Fantastic job, looks better than factory

I've taken our cars to Chipmasters for three different body repairs, and have recommended them to a relative for body work. I've had the opportunity to work with Ron, Ryan, and Rommel for quotes and repair options. They have been reliable, their work has been great, and their prices are very competitive.

Very satisfied and thoroughly impressed by Chipmaster's work and I highly recommend them. My vehicle had paint scratches and rust which they completely fixed (see photo). Thank you so much to Ryan and Romel for their excellent and quick service, they go above and beyond caring for their customers.

Had some scrapes along the left side of my car, and some chips/dents on my back bumper. Got a quote from here in August, went ahead in September and the quote was honoured. Dropped off my car late morning on Tuesday, picked it up at noon on Friday. They did a great job with it, like the car just rolled off the factory floor. Price was reasonable, and at least $1000 less than my other quote (and took 3-4 days less). No surprise deviations from quote. Even detailed the inside of the car. Overall had a good experience with them, would go back.

Scuffed up my rocker panel pretty bad and went for a quote. Ryan was friendly, professional and quoted a great price. The work they did was outstanding, looks brand new and only took a couple days. All shops should be this honest and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!
