Our repair guy Jose Garcia was so kind and gracious, as was our other repair man, Theo, who worked on our garbage disposal. Their maintenance team is very efficient, kind and hardworking. They were very accommodating and worked with my busy schedule to find time to get our repair done fast, even if it meant that they were running here and there to get things done. That was evident as soon as they arrived. I really really appreciate them so much. Thank you Jose and Theo!!!!!

I had a leak coming from my ceiling, and as soon as I called maintenance, Oscar called me right back to find out what the issue was. He came to my apartment right away and made sure everything was fixed. He did an outstanding job, and I was very satisfied with his work and professionalism.

Theo is a great Maintance man. He was very efficient and skilled also very detailed and open to communicate any questions that I need to understand or share about my concerns. Please keep him with the company. He is one of the best so far.
