I have lived in a Jamison building for over a decade and from the dashboard to pay rent to the way to send in service tickets, they have never been anything short of fantastic- just recently they came to look at the garbage disposal and ended with resolving an issue we did not know we had!

Laura has been the best property manager during my nearly six years living at Jamico Property. She has always been attentive and quick to respond whenever there was an issue with my apartment. Laura consistently greets everyone with a friendly smile and a positive attitude. Throughout my time here, I’ve never had any problems with her management. She truly made living here feel like home. I’m incredibly grateful for everything she has done, because she always goes above and beyond to make sure her tenants are comfortable and taken care of.

Their maintenance is always great they respond fast and efficient the managers are awesome great and honest people. I really like the way they manage all their properties. I been with this company about 5 years and they have been the best. Everyone is polite, the neighbors are wonderful. It’s very clean the manager does a great job in keeping it nice. The company always makes sure all the maintenance are done in time and properly, every week the gardeners are here to clean and cut the grass and trim the flowers they also clean our parking lots weekly and twice a year they do a deep cleaning all around the apartments. It also has great security with key entrance to the apartments not just anyone can walk in and they have good surveillance.

Jamico properties is the best very best, At the end of our lease we'd had financial difficulties but the management team worked with us even when most people would not have - Stephanie is the best they understood our situation and gave us the benefit of the doubt otherwise ain't no tell her where we will be right now thank you Jameson we appreciate you and we respect you guys you are the best!!

Jamico dealt with our issue in a timely manner and the maintenance repair man was very friendly and got the job done

12/22/25 I cannot tell you how pleased I was with the maintenance repair Hector provided of my bathroom sink and toilet plumbing issues. He arrived at the appt time and completed every request expeditiously and totally professionally. If there are other repairs needed for this property or others, I would highly recommend using Hector!
