The customer service I've received from Nathan has been wonderful. He has helped me change my damaged blinds, replace my door keypad and even went over and beyond expectations when he installed peep holes for me. While he was fixing my door I had mentioned that I was interested in getting those installed and he took it upon himself to get approval to complete this for me within the time I had available the same day he fixed my door keypad. Their property is clean, quiet and safe to live in. The only problem is that they don’t take necessary actions when we the tenants complain about some other tenants that leave the gate unlocked which is a serious safety concerns.
