To start, myself and my partner were first time renters looking to get our starter place in the LB area. Julie was our first introduction to Jamico, and gave us the tour of the apartment we ended up going with! She was awesome, always reliable, patient, and responsive (we were especially worried because we had never rented before and were a little nervous about all the paperwork lol). We've heard lots of horror stories about management companies, but I'd say Jamico is far from a horror story waiting to happen LOL - quite the opposite! We lived in a pretty old building (over 100+ years old, so beautiful and unique), so there were bound to be times where we needed to schedule maintenance. Anytime we submit a request, it was responded to in a timely manner (never more than 24 hrs without a response tbh), and the maintenance crew was super awesome, quick, and friendly!! Our move-out inspection with Todd was easy to schedule (they were SUPER flexible with time which we greatly appreciated because we didn't have much time to meet...), and it went by super quick. One thing we also really appreciated was that he asked us how our year was at the property, and was genuinely curious about our feedback and opinion. Overall, great management company from the tour to move-in to move-out. Never once did we feel cheated or disappointed with service or process. Thank you guys!!!!

We have been renting with Jamico properties for 5 years now Laura is one of the nicest managers we have worked with for 5 years and she was on top of everything and would resolve any issue we had within an hour even on weekends which i appreciate so much. Jamison Management is great, I have Been renting with them for 6 years and they are quick to respond for any maintance requests. I also want to say special thanks to Rudy - property manager, who always response to my emails so quick and always helpful! Now I also Want to mention 2 Maintance guys : Lupe - he came and fixed up my bathtub and paint around the bathtub. He was very nice and bathroom looks great now. Theo also, he came to work on the outlets and noticed the screen door that was off , I thought it Was on the work order but it wasn’t , so he helped put it back anyway! Very happy with the customer service!

Julie M. was amazing to work with. She surpassed my expectations. She was great with record keeping, had proper documents signed, and was a solid communicator. She also worked closely with Mindy who was a rockstar on finding good tenants. Julie kept things simple and efficient.

I have lived in a Jamison building for over a decade and from the dashboard to pay rent to the way to send in service tickets, they have never been anything short of fantastic- just recently they came to look at the garbage disposal and ended with resolving an issue we did not know we had!

Laura has been the best property manager during my nearly six years living at Jamico Property. She has always been attentive and quick to respond whenever there was an issue with my apartment. Laura consistently greets everyone with a friendly smile and a positive attitude. Throughout my time here, I’ve never had any problems with her management. She truly made living here feel like home. I’m incredibly grateful for everything she has done, because she always goes above and beyond to make sure her tenants are comfortable and taken care of.

Their maintenance is always great they respond fast and efficient the managers are awesome great and honest people. I really like the way they manage all their properties. I been with this company about 5 years and they have been the best. Everyone is polite, the neighbors are wonderful. It’s very clean the manager does a great job in keeping it nice. The company always makes sure all the maintenance are done in time and properly, every week the gardeners are here to clean and cut the grass and trim the flowers they also clean our parking lots weekly and twice a year they do a deep cleaning all around the apartments. It also has great security with key entrance to the apartments not just anyone can walk in and they have good surveillance.
