They were an excellent source of information on my inquiry about expanding the wiring of my house to accommodate two 240 lines being installed for a project. They came and scoped out the project, gave a price, and provided guidance as to the feasibility of the work. They actually advised against it. If you need a good and honest assessment without hard selling, this is the company for you. I was very impressed.

Demetrois responded promptly to my inquiry for under cabinet lighting and followed up with a home visit to measure and supplied a quote in a timely fashion. He came in less than a week to install the lighting and I’m very happy with the outcome. Demetrois is a quiet, professional man and I would recommend him highly.

We initially hired Canadian Wire Wizards to perform some general electrical repairs on one of the many properties we manage. We met with Jim, the Master Electrician, to review the required work and to request a quote. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable and the quote we received was very reasonable. Jim took his time to answer all of our questions and to explain the various options we had to complete the necessary electrical work. Canadian Wire Wizards has done a couple projects for us. We had some melted wiring in the house due to a poor installation under a previous owner. Demetrois quickly identified the problem and, as the issue could have caused a fire at any time, took the time to repair it almost immediately. We also engaged Canadian Wire Wizards to install a subpanel in the garage workshop. The price was reasonable, the work was impeccable and Demetrois and his assistant electrician worked hard to get everything done quickly. I’m just waiting on installation of the wall/ceiling finish materials to have him come back and install breakers and light fixtures. For reasons outside my control, the installation of the finish materials was delayed — the reason I mention it is because Demetrois was the one to follow up, ask how things were going, and when he would be able to come back and finish the work. Working with Canadian Wire Wizards has been a very satisfactory experience all around.

Great, and well worth the cost of the consult. They took one look at our panel and saw the fix we needed was an easy one, this after a greaseball electrician from another company said it would be $850 to fix. The wire wizard (sorry forget his name) did our fix and asked if he could do any other work because it was so simple. He ended up putting up a light fixture and fixing the fan in our laundry room at no extra cost. Can’t recommend them enough. A Welcome relief after our bad experience with someone else.

I contacted Demetri to fix my mother-in-laws stove/circuit breaker issue. He responded to my email quickly, scheduled a visit in prompt fashion, came up with an easy solution, followed through on sourcing parts, and came back and fixed the problem. We had already had another electrician through who said nothing could be done without great expense/hassle, but Demetri proved otherwise. On top of that, he was punctual for all appointments, worked diligently, and was efficient with his time here. I regret not hiring Demetri and Canadian Wire Wizards for previous jobs and now have Demetri on speed dial for future repairs and projects.

Demetrois and his team at Canadian Wire Wizards recently re-wired our entire house, installed new ceiling fans, a new exhaust fan and new sconces and vented out the dryer of our second floor laundry room through our 1927, double-bricked wall. They installed outside power and outside sensor lights too. This was a fairly large job that took about 8 days to complete. Throughout it all, Demetrois and his team, were always on time, were extremely focused and brought the highest standards to their work. He and his team are also a great bunch of people, and as hard as it is to have strangers working in your home, they all made us feel at ease with their positive attitudes. We are extremely grateful they made such an effort to minimize the number and size of the holes in our walls doing their best to run as much as possible through our attic. And of course, the inspection went off without a hitch. We can’t say enough good things about Demetrois and his Canadian Wire Wizards.
