We purchased our heatpump and air exchanger with BG services. With no hesitation that we recommended BG to our family and friends. During site inspection the owner himself comes in to check. He takes pride in the services of his people and they do deliver (punctuality, communication and teaching). They are knowledgeable and easy to talk to, they make sure you are satisfied with their work and adjust appropriately to your preference. The staff in the office are very accommodating especially with our questions on quotes and financing, helping us fully understand the process. They also find ways that can save us money.
