We received prompt service to address a problem with old pipes leaking. Work was done quickly and efficiently. And the gentleman who did the work was great!

Mike was here in the first visit and pretty much confirmed what I was afraid the issue was…..grease over the years. Jerome and Brian came back to fix the situation and did a great job. They were also nice guys so would recommend them to anybody that needs help.

Wonderful service, very professional and kind staff, this was the second time we hired Sewer Man because they were excellent last time too. However, I’m impressed by the price of sump pump maintenance (over $370 + tax), I found it extremely excessive and searching online I found that it should range between &$100-$250. The price to replace the sump pump 2 years ago was reasonable.

They showed up when they said they would. They did the work for a fair price. The worker was organized and professional, he answered my questions, explained everything and had good advice. Good Service and effective communication aren't always what you get so it's nice when a company can get it right. Thank you

I had an issue with a draining problem in the washroom vanity and shower. I called Rooter man and the technician was here within an hour. The technician Zack was very professional and friendly and found the issue and it was resolved quickly. He was very nice and made sure we were happy with the results. I recommend calling Rooter Man for anyone having plumbing and sewer issues.

Great repair and timely work. Had a broken sewer pipe that flooded our basement. Rooter Man came within an hour cleaned up the blockage and had an estimate of the work that needed for the repair within 2 hours after calling them. They were able to start work the next day. The work was great and they got it all done within one day, cleaned up well, and the lawn was put back together on a relatively good condition. I thought it would have been worse when I saw the original hole that was dug. They are experienced and fast. The work looks great.

I was impressed with how quick and efficient the team worked. We had 7 feet of drain replaced under our foundation. The work was done quickly and at a reasonable price. Work areas were left neat, tidy and clean. We will definitely call sewer man first if ever we need sewer or storm drain work done.

At our house we had a sewer pipe blockage and backup, caused by a tree root, that we discovered at about 11:00 a.m. on Boxing Day, December 26, 2023. When I phoned and asked whether they were working on the holiday, Lisa, the dispatcher, said yes, and indicated someone would be at our house within two hours. A few minutes later, Lisa called us back, and said there was one of their service people in our neighbourhood who could come right away, which of course, I agreed to. Jerome, the serviceman who arrived, quickly cleared the blockage. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and provided a quote that day to fix our sewer pipe permanently and so eliminate any future root problems. We decided to proceed with the work, which Lisa most efficiently scheduled. Supervised by Jerome, the two-man repair crew worked very effectively and quickly and had the work completed in just one day, January 23, 2024. They explained what they did very clearly and cleaned up the worksite conscientiously and carefully. Jayne, the Office Administrator, was also very helpful during the overall course of working with Rooter-Man. Having both the initial and follow-up work completed so efficiently and effectively has given us great peace of mind. Thank you Rooter-Man.

It was an extreme pleasure dealing with this company from the very beginning. The service was impeccable right from the start with their Representative who did the site visit, right on through to the crew that did the actual work itself. All professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Our repair was promised for the next business day and estimated to take a day and a half to complete. This to say the least was completed in the time frame specified with minimal disruption to our home. Neighbours have even complimented us stating that "it looks like they were never here". We would recommend this company to anyone that encounters a plumbing, sewer or drain repair. Truly AWESOME!!!
