They take their time to do due diligence to ensure that once someone is placed the risk of having issues is as low as it can be. Pascal came to my unit to carry out several maintenance repairs, and I am very satisfied with the quality of his work. We needed some renovations done in the house prior to our move. I found DORE after a quick search online, and also remembered seeing this company in Orleans. I requested a call back through their website and they contacted me within 48h. I was put in contact with Pascal Boisclair. He came over to verify what we needed done and give us estimates. Prices we good and we went ahead with ceramics flooring, repairs and miscellaneous jobs and they did it all within a great timeframe. We are really happy with everything and I strongly recommend. Thanks again for the laughs and the great job done!

Thank you, Dore, for the quick response and the very professional service provided by the staff who came during the first intervention — especially Pascal and the other technician whose name I unfortunately do not remember. We had a situation where the hot water tank leaked, causing half of our basement to flood. They responded quickly and replaced the defective unit. We truly appreciate your excellent service.
