Dore is a very well organized property management team. They are super quick to respond to emails and always have proposed solutions if there are tenant issues. We like their approach to inspecting the rental before the tenant first moves in to ensure any concerns from the previous tenant are noted and addressed. They also have good tips for the tenants on how to properly care for the home ie they flag water , furnace shut offs etc As many tenants may not have had a home before. We have worked with Dore now for 4 years and would highly recommend their services.
