2380 is a new building and not everything was ready, but the property manager (Rita) keeps us informed. I had several deficiencies in my unit and Rita escalated them to the contractor and they have been resolved. Thanks!

I moved in a few days ago (Blackburn Landing) and, I absolutely love my little apartment .. my small dog, Rosie does too!! Nat and Rita have been very helpful when I have questions. I was very happy to meet these two ladies along with Rachel .. at the open house. I have already met at least half a dozen tenants here and everyone seems friendly. The photos below are of my very first sunrise in my new apartment as well as my Rosie enjoying that very same sunrise!!

Very helpful service! We had a couple issues need to be fixed and were resolved almost immediately.

We were happy to move in on the first, even though construction was not finished. To ensure a smooth move in we were given plenty information for the move and the delay in other amenities (parking garage etc). The apt was very clean. We appreciated the « goodies «  bag that was left on the counter, very thoughtful.
