We got the keys to our home on May 1. The process was great as everything went very smoothy. Other than moving our belongings, we had nothing to do as Dore took care of everything and the house was absolutely spotless. Very nice! The welcome package that Dore prepared along with other instructions were greatly appreciated. Everone at Dore has been very friendly, helpful and supportive. Dore is a very well organized property management team. They are super quick to respond to emails and always have proposed solutions if there are tenant issues. We like their approach to inspecting the rental before the tenant first moves in to ensure any concerns from the previous tenant are noted and addressed. They also have good tips for the tenants on how to properly care for the home ie they flag water , furnace shut offs etc As many tenants may not have had a home before. We have worked with Dore now for 4 years and would highly recommend their services.
