Love the cleanliness, the quietness of an all-cement building and mostly 55+ clientele. But most appreciated of all, are the politeness, kindness and quick response from our building manager. This is a new project ao there were a few adjustments but the management has tried to address everything as quickly as possible.

When Ed and I moved in our condo we loved our place.But 2 days later God came to get Ed.Now I was alone.The neighbours were so compassionate.I was not afraid. I felt so safe here.I enjoy my balcony.The condo is very comfortable.Happy that I am here.

The contractor, David Phillippe is phenomenal. He goes above and beyond his call of duty. He has been there so many times for us when we needed him most especially recently when our refrigerator went on the blink and he set-up us up with a loaner refrigerator until the new refrigerator arrived. He is such a great asset to Dore Property Management. No words can express our gratitude towards him.

Have been renting with Dore for a while now and quite satisfied with the service. Today, David Philippe helped me as he explained ways to address issues such as uneven heating/cooling in the various floors while also doing the regular fire alarm inspection.

Mike checked our fire and CO alarms and was friendly and professional.

Dore property management Supported us all the way from rental application to finally lease approval. With the storm that hit Ottawa on Canada day which was supposedly our moving day. They did everything to coordinate with the landlord for ensuring that the unit is habitable and safe for our family. They gave us timely update of the situation and giving us options and freedom to either pursue with the agreement or terminate without pressure.I am giving them 5 star for their reliability, transparency and good service.
