Pascal was very thorough and professional, and good conversation while he was assessing the damage from our hot water tank leakage. Very happy with the emergency sunday service from Doré and from Pascal Boisclair specifically, the contractor we had by this morning, as well as the Scooter Rooter fella who was up until 3am but still came by for 9am this morning on emergency call.

I am very satisfied with Dore Property Management, I have been renting with them for about a year now and am very impressed with how well they take care of their property and tenants. They also have great customer service and support especially their contractor David Phillippe who is a really awesome guy.

Renting through Dore is great experience. You can always count on them to respond quickly if there is an issue. They keep us up to date on any changes and maintain the properties properly. We just had their contractor, Mike Michaud, in to perform the annual fire alarm inspection, he is very professional and always fun to talk to.

I’ve lived at the same Doré Property managed apt for 15 years and continue to be impressed with the quick, fair and great service they offer. Last month, Mike was over to check all fire alarms and just this week, he trimmed the hedges. He does this every spring and, what were once short & scrawny looking hedges are now full and over 6’ tall! No matter what the work is, Mike does it professionally, never leaves a mess and is always in a good mood! A great team!! No wonder I haven’t moved!
