Great team and communication

We were first time home buyers, and given the state of the market a knowledgeable agent is mandatory. In our case, we were very fortunate to use Lou Tallarico as our realtor. He was patient, understanding of our budget and went the extra mile to help us find listings that would make sense for us. Long story short, the house we ended up buying was as a direct result of Lou Tallarico keeping his eyes open for us, and finding listings we would be interested in. We showed up to a house he found, and we instantly loved it. He advised us on the kind of offer we needed to make, and he was deadly accurate. We ended up with a great deal, on a house we absolutely adore. You really cannot ask for much more. At the end of the day, Lou Tallarico is a great advocate, patient, understanding and genuinely cares that at the end of your transaction your happy with the end result. We couldn't be happier and to boot, he's a supremely funny guy, we quite enjoyed looking at houses with him. Plus, the guy responds to text messages at basically lightning speed. When my husband and I chose Rose, we specially liked the fact that is had significant knowledge of the area where we were selling. My experience with Philip was tremendous, I was recommended to him and his team by my cousin Gianni who had used him in the past. I was moving due to a job relocation from Toronto to Oakville. We had to do a quick sale of a 100+ year old home as our 95 year old aunt was moving to a nursing home and needed cash from the sale to cover her ongoing expenses.
