We were visiting our son and his family last week when I picked up my 2 year old grandson. I twisted with my feet planted and had this immediate, sharp pain in my lower back and hip. I could hardly walk let alone play with my grandchildren. I called Burtch Chiropractic and they were able to fit me in that morning. Dr. Wayne did an adjustment and applied Biofreeze to the area. I had immediate relief but it was still pretty painful. I also purchased Biofreeze ointment from Dr. Wayne which I applied several times that evening. About 10 pm I felt whatever was binding/pinching in my lower back release and the pain disappeared. I had one followup appointment and the area hasn't bothered me since. Thanks Dr. Wayne and staff!

lt was my first visit to the clinic here in Kelowna and I am very pleased with the treatment I had today. I first saw a Chiropractor when I was 16 years old. While I have been fortunate and had good health, I value chiropractic care when I need it.

I am so thrilled at the results of the laser treatment . After first treatment on my neck I had relief from my headaches so as a back surgery survivor I have long term limited mobility for instance have trouble putting on my socks, sleeping, bending etc., but after just one treatment on my back I could bend into a child's pose (yoga) I haven't been able to do in over 5 years!! I can't believe the relief😊 furthermore the staff and Dr. Wayne Terai are amazingly helpful, courteous and very professional. I would highly recommend this clinic and treatment option. To all those who have had chronic pain and have had little relief to investigate this option!

Great staff that were very welcoming and were able to get me in to see Dr. Terai right away. Dr himself was Great, took time to assess me fully and adjusted me well. Also love the fact that if you bring a good bank donation the initial assessment fee is waived.

I went to see Dr. Terai for my shoulder pain and neck pain which I was suffering from three years. Amazingly I started feeling better after two sittings. Now I am way much better than before. I really thank ful to Dr. Terai and I appreciate all the other staff member for their generosity and kindness .

Well Hello! After 4 months of working through a 'tennis elbow' injury (for ease of terminology) with physio I felt it just wasn't quite there yet. When speaking with my neighbor he suggest trying a Chiropractor as he did several years ago! Thanks for the hot tip Brian! I felt welcome at the office from the moment I walked in for my first visit. Incredibly friendly staff and Dr. Terai was so calm, provided a clear understanding of the 'mechanics' of why I wasn't making progress that final 25%. I've had three treatments, with the most recent this morning, and can confidently say - "The least pain I have had in over 4 months." I would highly recommend Dr. Terai and his delightful staff for providing a friendly and professional atmosphere.

Very thorough and attentive. Listens to your symptoms/concerns and diagnosis accordingly. Very knowledgeable. The staff is very nice and the atmosphere is welcoming. Just started doing the Lazer treatment for my rotator cup, so very hopeful I will continue doing sessions to achieve long term results.

I have done laser treatments in two different occasions and I am extremely happy with the outcome. It is a very gentle form of therapy and Very good results. I would recommend it to anyone that wants results without having to go through pain.
