I purchased carpeting for the stairwell leading to the second floor of my house and the large landing the top. Alexanian's really delivered what they promised: Carpet and under padding of excellent quality! I was most impressed by the 2 young men who did the installation. Almost didn’t go in because of the annoying commercials but I’m glad I did. They had exactly what I wanted and Ramie Ebsas was so easy to deal with. I wasn’t rushed in my decision and he was so helpful with his knowledge.

Shopped around before trying Alexanian. Got tired of receiving samples from Homedepot and Floorbox that did not meet Price or value and or colour. Ended up driving 1.45 hour to closest Alexanian store in Kingston. They had the samples we were interested out and ready. Bought the Signature Ultracore. Similar price to HD Lifeproof, but had better MIL. Store was friendly, informative, and looked after the before/after sales process very well. The floor was installed just prior to New Years. It tested well with spilled wine and dropped knives. No marks or dents.

We needed to replace our main level hardwood floors due to a water incident. We shopped around and chose this business because they seemed the most knowledgeable. They were able to accommodate us quickly. They sent Antoine’s team to do the demo and install. We are very impressed with how professional Antoine and team are. They paid close attention to details, moved and reinstalled the appliances carefully and even reinstalled cabinet kick plates better than they originally were. They left their work area very clean. So happy with the outcome!
