Mo, installed the flooring fast, but with great care and attention to detail and ability to address nuances that any flooring installation can throw at you. Merivale location: Service with Sara Jaber was very efficient and friendly. Within a few days my space was measured and within a week installer contacted me to book a install date. Amer installed my carpet to perfection. Very kind and polite. Amer completed the job in a day. Very clean. Not a trace of garbage was left in the house and he thoroughly vaccumed the entire main floor! Highly recommend. If you can ask for Amer bonus!

John is an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is knowledgeable, professional and very personable. We had our initial consultation at home and then went to the store to make our selections. Johns hands on approach was most welcome and we really appreciated him having narrowed down our selections to a few specific choices tailored to our needs. Needed a hallway and stairwell carpeted on short notice. Mimmo took the time to verify all measurements right away and secured installation sooner than expected. Compared with other quotes they were very fair. In house installers were quick and tidy

Wade was very helpful and didn't pressure us for a sale. Prices are reasonable and they have a great selection, including Canadian manufacturers.

Zoran was wonderful and patient as I like lots of detail (tight budget), and he was able to help me find ways of saving money. I also split the installation into two phases, with about 10 mths in between, and that was all okay with Alexanian's- they were very flexible. The LVP on two levels and stair carpet are amazing - it's almost like a new house! I am so happy with the results. The installers were also great - the 'Jacked' crew did the upstairs flooring just recently, and they were fast, efficient and friendly, as were the crew from last year and the carpet installers. I highly recommend Alexanian's and would go back to them next time!! Thankyou!

Alexanian has been our "go to" flooring store for the last few years and we are now on our 3rd purchase; this time being a carpet purchase for the stairs and hallways. A friend recommended Alexanian to me, but I didn’t know which location to go to. I first went to the Merivale location near my house, and unfortunately, the customer service was very poor. No one greeted us or offered to help, even though they saw us walk in. One blonde lady just kept laughing and chatting with another salesperson and completely ignored us — we didn’t feel welcome at all. Thankfully, my friend had actually meant the Train Yards location, so we went there — and it was the complete opposite experience! We felt right at home. Joe, the salesman, was incredibly respectful and helpful. Even though he’s young, he’s very knowledgeable and professional. We’re honestly so glad we came to this location. I highly recommend the Alexanian at 740 industrial they have excellent service and a team that truly cares about their customers.

With my busy schedules, I don't usually write reviews. However such exemplary service from Alexanian Carpet and Flooring is rare these days. The professionalism and effectiveness demonstrated by the team are traits not widely seen today. The installation of the vinyl planks and carpets throughout the irregular shape of my basement and storage area was exceptional. A special thank you goes to the very talented and knowledgeable designer SarahJaber at the Merivale location whose artistic insights were truly amazing. Thank you also goes to the carpet installer Marron who patiently worked on this challenging project with great craftsmanship. What a truly 5 stars team! Bravo!
