Additional review. Replacing my carpeting upstairs completed by a competitor about 15 years ago. Even with giving Alexanians a previous 5 star review, for some reason, I went to the competitor to see if a similar carpet was available. My experience with the owner of this company was horrible and I was left feeling like he was taking me for a fool. Anyway, back to Alexanian's and after explaining my horror story, George Sousa, was most understanding and told me he would help me get the carpet I wanted. After numerous samples and so many questions, I had the carpet I wanted. George was extremely helpful and very patient. My carpet was installed by Mustafa who did an excellent job. My high regard of Alexanians remains, and lesson learned, I will deal only with them in the future. ‐----------------- In 2005, I purchased basement carpeting from Alexanians on Upper James St in Hamilton, ON. In 2012, my new kitty decided he liked the bottom stair as a scratching pad. Since the passing of my cat, and the fact that I still had spare carpet stored, I decided to give Alexanians a call to see if they could replace the bottom stair carpet as it was now a "fuzzy" mess. I spoke with Garo Magakian, Upper James location. He was ever so helpful, friendly and a delight to speak with. He personally came out to inspect the damage and would of fixed it himself if he could!! However, he sent two great guys to do the job and it is perfect. I highly recommend Alexanians on Upper James St, Hamilton. Ask for Garo. You won't be disappointed.

We had flooring replaced throughout our house. Most was a standard install but our entryway was more difficult due to a previous custom install. The new design for the entryway looks wonderful and the rest of the flooring also looks great. I would highly recommend.

I had my 2 level home re-floored with carpet and hardwood. From start to finish the advice, attention to detail, installation and follow up received from the Upper James, Hamilton location was excellent. If I ever require flooring again it will be straight back to the friendly & knowledgeable folks on Upper James and their experienced installation crews.

George in the showroom was more than helpful and answered questions above what I'm sure his job required. Price was fair and we were able to bring home samples to "try on" some carpet before deciding. Scheduling was quick and easy. Day of installation Mustafa came in right on time and was so fast and so professional. He did the whole thing in like an hour and it looks so, so good. Don't hesitate if you're looking to have carpet installed. 28 steps, four flights in a townhouse.

We were happy with the whole process. Ali took a lot of time with us to help us find a high quality carpeting at a great price. He worked with us to schedule installation for the one day that worked well for us. Because we were expecting company the next day he sent an extra installer so they could finish ,early enough in the day so we could put the furniture back in our loft area. The only "complaint" we had is that the post-installation cleanup could have been more thorough.

George helped us find exactly the right carpet for our father's home. He worked closely with us to arrange a prompt and convenient time. When medical appointments came up, George and his staff kindly reorganized to accommodate us. Tarik and coworker were so kind. They worked quickly and cleanly and took away all garbage. We were absolutely thrilled with the professionalism and kindness the entire team showed, and the carpeting is beautiful.

Our first time using Alexanian and are we glad we did. From the beginning with Wade in sales who is very personable patient and punctual came out to our home and gave us a quote and explained the stages of the work to install the carpeting and vinyl plank flooring. Adel who handled all the scheduling and any issues that arose was very accommodating. Amer and Moe the carpet installers moved all our heavy furniture, removed old carpeting without a scratch. A big shout out to Wally who installed all the vinyl plank flooring, he was what one would call a master tradesman who was so detailed in getting perfection in every piece he cut or installed and he kept a spotless work area. He ia very punctual, hard working individual. We were very impressed with him. After what they pulled off we recommend Alexanian.

We went to Alexanian on upper james and was greeted by Mimmo who helped us with our flooring. He was so knowledgeable and helpful. He also referred Nouri to us, who did our installation. He was amazing. He did such a great job, and would like to also thank his brothers who came to lend a hand. The whole team was friendly, and amazing.
