Ali, at the Industrial Ave location, was super helpful. He provided us with many samples of carpeting and flooring. He also reminded us that financing was available. The measuring and installation of both the carpeting and flooring was done quickly. Once completed all traces of the remnants and old carpeting was carted away. We hired Alexanian in Mississauga to put solid hardwood floors/baseboards in our living room, 3 bedroom 2nd storey, plus vinyl bathroom and laundry room, carpet on stairs. Can't say enough good things about our experience! Suresh brought samples to our home. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and clearly laid out the options. The price was fair. He returned to inspect the finished job and ensure we were happy. Ali's team of installers were professional, experienced and friendly. They took care when moving my furniture, cleaned up each day and meticulously ensured that all thresholds were on the same level (i.e. no reducers). Ahmed's carpet team were similarly fast and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Alexanian, and will use them again.

I had a wonderful experience with Alexnians. Melissa was incredibly patient and helpful in assisting me with my carpet selection. Matt and Memo were also very helpful, providing advance notice of the installation date and ensuring a smooth installation process. We recently had carpets installed in three bedrooms and the upstairs hallway. The sales process was fairly streamlined by Ali, who went through the options and narrowed things down based on price and quality for us. Ali also highlighted the fact that his guys were the best installers. When it came to the install, I have to say he was absolutely right. I was thoroughly impressed with quality of work and attention to detail when it came to matching the carpet to the main bathroom. I had installed some shims to address the issue and the installer reviewed it with me, made some adjustments and it came out perfectly. 5 star high quality area rug and awesome service from Ramie today. The store has many area rugs to choose from. I could feel the quality compared to rugs in other stores and the price was right. We got carpet in our bedroom last month and it makes such a difference and you can feel the quality. George helped us to pick out the right carpet for us and was very knowledgable and personable. Trevor and Raf did an awesome job installing our carpet. They were patient and so nice with all the questions I had. Definitely recommend Trevor and Raf for installs, they get the job done right!

Additional review. Replacing my carpeting upstairs completed by a competitor about 15 years ago. Even with giving Alexanians a previous 5 star review, for some reason, I went to the competitor to see if a similar carpet was available. My experience with the owner of this company was horrible and I was left feeling like he was taking me for a fool. Anyway, back to Alexanian's and after explaining my horror story, George Sousa, was most understanding and told me he would help me get the carpet I wanted. After numerous samples and so many questions, I had the carpet I wanted. George was extremely helpful and very patient. My carpet was installed by Mustafa who did an excellent job. My high regard of Alexanians remains, and lesson learned, I will deal only with them in the future. ‐----------------- In 2005, I purchased basement carpeting from Alexanians on Upper James St in Hamilton, ON. In 2012, my new kitty decided he liked the bottom stair as a scratching pad. Since the passing of my cat, and the fact that I still had spare carpet stored, I decided to give Alexanians a call to see if they could replace the bottom stair carpet as it was now a "fuzzy" mess. I spoke with Garo Magakian, Upper James location. He was ever so helpful, friendly and a delight to speak with. He personally came out to inspect the damage and would of fixed it himself if he could!! However, he sent two great guys to do the job and it is perfect. I highly recommend Alexanians on Upper James St, Hamilton. Ask for Garo. You won't be disappointed.

We had flooring replaced throughout our house. Most was a standard install but our entryway was more difficult due to a previous custom install. The new design for the entryway looks wonderful and the rest of the flooring also looks great. I would highly recommend.
