Wonderful store for premium floor coverings. We were shopping for a good quality wool 5’x8’ carpet and had assumed Alexanian’s would be too expensive .We were surprised with their selection of high quality yet very affordable carpets. The floor staff were excellent. They laid the carpet out for us on the floor so we could get a good look at it. Although they offer delivery this one fit our SUV so they loaded it for us. Impressive! Highly recommended.

We moved into our new home needed a runner for the stairs, (mostly for our dog.) Grant was very patient and helpful as we navigated all the choices. The installation was done quickly and with care. We couldn’t be more pleased with the result!

We replaced all the carpeting in our bedrooms, and the quality and speed with which it was done were impressive. We will likely go back again when it's time to work on the basement.

Overall an excellent experience. Sales support from Roland at the Industrial Avenue location was very good. The carpet was ordered and received in short order, no endless waiting or delays for the product to arrive. The carpet installation was quick, professional and the two installers (Aboudi and Hassan) were extremely pleasant and efficient. The installation was on a curved and complex staircase and the quality of the installation was excellent. Once the color and carpet were chosen, a no stress and quick process to the completed job. Highly recommended.

If I could give 6 stars I would. John was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is knowledgeable, professional and very personable. Also, worth mentioning is Adel. We had our initial consultation at home first for flooring, then later for window coverings. For the flooring, we later went to the store to make our selections which John had already narrowed down for us which helped facilitate easy decision making. Johns hands on approach was most welcome and we really appreciated him having narrowed down our selections to a few specific choices tailored to our needs. For the windows, once again, Johns expertise allowed for a seamless experience from start to finish. THANK YOU!!

I had a good experience here. Purchased a nice living room rug. You really cant cheap on rugs. I tried to order from amazon and the quality of this one is night and day. Its pricey for my budget but i think its going to hold up for a good while. The customer service was good. No complaints.

Absolutely the best service and installation! Just installed luxury LVP in kitchen and small entranceway. Wade was professional, patient, and extremely service-oriented! Mo, installed the flooring fast, but with great care and attention to detail and ability to address nuances that any flooring installation can throw at you. Installer also super clean (a challenge when they removed an older tile floor) and super personable! Highly recommend Alexanian on Merivale Road, Ottawa, for all your flooring needs!

Merivale location: Service with Sara Jaber was very efficient and friendly. Within a few days my space was measured and within a week installer contacted me to book a install date. Amer installed my carpet to perfection. Very kind and polite. Amer completed the job in a day. Very clean. Not a trace of garbage was left in the house and he thoroughly vaccumed the entire main floor! Highly recommend. If you can ask for Amer bonus!

Fantastic experience with Alexanian who redid our staircase in hardwood. Both technicians are true professionals who are meticulous and precise. We had a small snafu that was handled very fast to our complete satisfaction. So Alexanian is highly recommended.
