On time and reliable service -- says it all for me!

Very punctual and professional.

Recently replaced my 23 year old AC. Two days after service call they were able to install the new AC. And would you believe the service tech was the same guy that installed my underfloor heating 16 years ago! Woodbridge are so professional and efficient - floor surfaces all protected and all the areas they worked in (inside and out) were completely clean afterwards. Been using them for 16+ years and never hesitate to refer them with confidence.

We always have a wonderful experience with Woodbridge ClimateCare. Michael looked after our service and as always he was amazing. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Michael is the best! Woodbridge ClimateCare is a great company and they always do a great job looking after our furnace and air conditioner.

I called this company for help with my furnace and air-conditioner on two different occasions, and both times they provided a high quality service.

Andrew and his crews have lived up to their reputation. Custom registers, personalized ventilation requirements for an art studio, in-floor heating, combi hot water, web-enabled thermostats, but more important than all that fancy stuff, Andrew was available to answer questions, take my concerns seriously, follow-up and stand by his work - which was consistently top-drawer. I've had him do more work and had him work for my clients (I'm a realtor) and they've all been satisfied. I have no issues recommending GTA ClimateCare to anyone. They aren't the cheapest, but getting cheap with your home environmentals seems like a daft idea to me. So again, I recommend these guys.

The professionalism and knowledge provided from the moment the service call was placed was second to none. Erica whom I had the pleasure to book my service call with helped trouble shoot the issue with me before having to send out a technician (unfortunately I needed a part replaced). She booked the technician and she made sure she accommodated my availability. When the technician arrived just as I expected the professionalism and knowledge was once again second to none. The issue was repaired quickly, efficiently and the technician went out of his way to explain everything he was doing and even teach me how the system works. Pricing on parts and labour were also excellent. Thank you guys for the amazing service, glad to see there are companies around who still put the customer first!!

All employees of Woodbridge Climate are pleasant and business polite. The ladies we have dealth with over the years in administration have been very nice and prompt with a call back or happy to look into any matter that arises. All gentlemen that have serviced our home have been prompt, courteous and a pleasure to meet. They have answered all questions and always with a smile.

Michael serviced our air conditioner this afternoon, and was able to unclog a drainage tube from our humidifier by blowing it clear. Quick, competent and neat service.
