When my Luxaire furnace quit working, I contacted Bertrand to come to assess the problem. Since I had alternate heat sources, a technician was dispatched the next morning. After troubleshooting the problem it was determined I needed a new heat exchanger. A new one was sourced out and installed. The quality of the install workmanship was very good. The technicians were extremely polite and respectful of my home. All of my concerns and questions were addressed. Great job!

The individual " Richard" arrived early and was very professional in proforming his task to install a new toilet and putting the old one back in the box for me. He made sure the places was clean, all garbage removed and the customer was happy before leaving. I would 100% pass his name on to anyone who requires a plumber. The only problem is the way the company has there service charges set. If you make a service call it is $45 for the individual to go to your place then it is $105 extra no matter if the individual is there for 1 minute or 1 hr, why not make the service call price the cost of the individual that is required to do the service ie: A plumber is $105 so your service call would be $105 for a max of 1 hr, an HVAC individual is $115 so the service charge is $115 for a max of 1 hr. etc...

Installed dishwasher and waterline to fridge. Job was done in a timely manner and came back asap when called the next day for minor issue. Friendly staff. Wouldn’t hesitate to call again if needed.

I had problems with my Heat Pump and they not only made sure to adapt the appointment according to my schedule but it was quick service.
