We just had our wall mounted AC unit serviced as it was leaking water after it would run for approximately 30 mins. Their service technician Brad did an fantastic job rectifying the issue which was a clogged drain pan. He educated us on the issue and how to prevent it in the future. Brad was professional and friendly, I would recommend this company to anyone.

Brad was a model employee. He arrived promptly and got to work quickly after some initial questions regarding the symptoms the fireplace was experiencing. He was sensitive to the recent passing of my mother and helped me understand the work he conducted. He also offered to install a thermostat to prevent the fireplace from running continuously. Overall my experience with Bertrand has been respectful, polite, professional, and transparent. I will be using them again. And I called upon them again. Yanic (spelling sorry) has been a solid representation of Bertrand and their ethics. He has come out a couple times for electrical work and both times he was polite, attentive, and respectful. He listens to concerns raised by the homeowner and expresses his concerns around any adjustments that need to be made. Bertrand will continue to be my first call for anything HVAC, plumbing, or electrical.

We were very impressed with the professionalism and the speedy response time. We will continue to have Bertrand as our one and only company to deal with our AC and heating needs.
