Woke up to a nasty leak from my NTI Boiler. Called in emergency plumber (not from Bertrand), who looked at it for 5 minutes and said the whole unit had to be replaced at a cost of $4900. Called in Bertrand for a second opinion. Jerrod gave it a good look and found a cracked part that would cost $30 to replace. As soon as part came in, Josh came over and had it fixed in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend.
