We moved into an older home this past January that needs some work and we have had the team at Bertrand over to work on our boiler and install a new tankless water heater. We found their pricing to be very fair and the service has been great. Next on the list they will be installing our ductless heat pumps. Thanks to Jerrod for all his help.

My wife and I moved to Embrun a little over a week ago. Due to insurance requirements we needed to update the hot water tank in our recently purchased home. When I asked a good friend and long time resident of Embrun who they recommended for the job, they responded, without hesitation, Bertrand Plumbing and Hearing. Armed with their recommendation, I called around to obtain quotes, strategically leaving Bertrand to the last. Needless to say, I was not disappointed. Thank you, Jerrod!! Today Charlie and Sterling arrived at approx 0710; on time and ready to go as promised. Perhaps more importantly than showing up on time is the attitude and energy with which they arrived. Charlie and Sterling had smiles on their faces and were warm and respectful in their interactions. They felt more like friends than contractors! Charlie and Sterling rolled out the red carpet and got straight to work. Charlie patiently answered all of my questions and Sterling easily held a conversation about trades. Both went above and beyond on job specific items and took initiative on a couple of other observations they made. By the time they left I had a brand new on demand hot water system, education on how to work it, a clean job site and a feeling of utmost confidence in choosing Bertrand Plumbing and Electric.
