I’ve known this Public Storage location for a long time. It’s always been a busy location and now I see why. Customer service was excellent in order to sign up and get the unit confirmed. Was a bit frustrating at first because they didn’t have the unit size I needed and promised to call back if anything became available, but never did. As I continued to check back with the location, they finally did have something become available. Saheed was easy to deal with and friendly and professional in explaining the entire sign up process, even providing a discount $1 special that was on promotion. I would recommend this location to others.

I was very please to have had the opportunity to meet two associates at the arrow road location who was very plesant to approach and lovely to talk to name Sahee & Essa , they were well knowledgeable of the company's services that they provide and packages and rate. The first time renting a storage and it has been a wonderful experience. From talking to Balikis on the phone and getting to meet her with the experience she has and team mates are great as well Saheed and Anooshka thank you for the experience.

I’ve lived in Toronto for 22 years and it was the best customer service experience I’ve had, we arrived 5 min before closing time. Anooshka and Saheed were pleasant,, professional, informative and didn’t rush us, we only realized about how last minute we were when they locked the doors soon after us. I can only express our gratitude and recommend you to ask for their assistance. I mean, the facilities are great, prices too but you may find that somewhere else but if you’re looking for excellent services as well, here is the place you are looking for.

UPDATED: I just completed my rental term, and closing the agreement needed just one call. The rental unit made my moving much easier. Thank you so much. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is the very first time when I am renting a storage place. I called customer service, they got my information and I got a call from Public Storage within minutes. We completed the transaction, and the next day I visited the location. It was a great experience to meet Mr. Ashfaq. He was very professional and explained to me all the available options, he took me to show my rented place and showed me different sizes too. In the end, we signed the documents, he gave me all the related information and codes.

I had an amazing customer service when called, then within arrival was treated with a welcoming attitude and immediately directed me to my needs. Perfect example of service required at all times… 7star

There was one other spot closer to home, but the folks there were mundane and seemed to just be going through the paces with me. The entire staff at Public Storage was polite, courteous and genuine.....The real star of the show, and the final selling point for me, was Anooshka. Anooshka is everything a service rep should be: Kind, polite, courteous, enthusiastic and most welcoming! Try to keep it short-term...... I didn't follow my own advice. I emptied my space Saturday after over 30 years (387 months). Easy access and never had any issues over all those years..........

I had a wonderful experience with the front desk staff at Arrow. I usually come to help one of their clients with moving their contents. I needed storage immediately, so I went to check their prices.
