We have dealt with a lot of storage needs for our small business over the years and public storage is a great pick. The difference with this public storage over others is their staff. It starts with Faith the Manager. From the day I signed up she stayed late to help me and ensure I knew everything I needed to know. After a few months we moved to a drive up storage unit and again Faith and the staff were there to help us with everything. They all went the extra mile to make sure the new storage unit was the right one to fit our needs. Faith even stopped by to see how the move was going and check in. Without Faith and team this would just be another storage place but with Faiths passion for her career, passion for her staff and the care she takes with each customer is what makes this location stand out over the rest.

We certainly recommend this particular Public Storage located in Braid Street, New Westminster. My wife & I rented two storages for four months in preparation for our move to a new home in New West. The spaces we rented were well lit, clean & well maintained. The two staff were especially friendly & professional (Faith & April) in helping us get good practical advice as to what the ideal sizes for a lot of things we own. Overall, we are very satisfied & pleased with this whole storage rental experience with them.

I have been with the New Westminster, BC branch of Public Storage for a little over 3 years now and have experienced exceptional service from all the employees with whom I have dealt. Preferring to make my monthly payments in person, I feel a sense of genuine friendship when visiting and as such have no qualms in leaving my possessions in their capable hands. This is particularly the case with Faith who has always gone out of her way to help me in any way she can, to the point of advising me on saving money as my use of the facilities has extended far longer than expected. My sincere thanks to you all!

Everyone at Public Storage is amazing, especially Faith. She has helped us tremendously. They had some issues with flooding recently and had to do some repairs. They got us a new unit in no time, which is even better, with better access and gave us a discount for the trouble caused from having to move and them having to do repairs. Highly recommend Public Storage!

This is my first experience using a storage company and I'm so glad I chose this one! Public Storage is easy to deal with. They are so helpful, polite and happily showed me a few sizes of units to help me select the correct size for my items. They also have a variety of packing supplies if needed. The whole premise is very secure with access codes, and when closed at night is alarmed. The promotions are good, the buildings are very clean and bright and the one I chose on Braid St is heated. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

I had used this facility the last time I moved about 7 years ago and remembered how great it was, so when it came time to move again it was the first place I thought of. This time around Faith at the front desk assisted my family and went above and beyond showing us different options and discussed multiple scenarios so we could make decisions that fit all of our needs. Clean facility and friendly staff. Decent storage space compared to the U- haul place a friend of mine rented that one was rat city.

Friendly staff and reasonable prices originally but over the last few years, prices have gone up quite a bit and with some rodent problems and a burst water pipe last winter (luckily, my unit wasn't affected by either), I decided to move to a different company with better prices and a brand new facility with state of the art safety and security.

There needs to be more push carts in every building! If tenants are on a strict time schedule and they need to look for carts then that's big problem. Moving trucks are rented by the hour. The facility appeared to be very clean. The access hours are reasonable. The location is the biggest bonus because it is across the street from the Skytrain station. It's very easy to access.

We used the one at Briad Street, very nice people, good storage. Only reason it's not 5 stars is because of the number of times I had to walk over to a different building in the rain to get a dolly as people like to move them around.

It was my 2nd time using the service of PS . The process were easy. All my items were well kept. Staffs at 2 different locations were nice and very helpful. It has been good experience.

We had a time crunch in moving from one Locker to another within the same facility. Emad was very helpful helpful in enabling us to meet our deadlines. The office staff made it super easy to transfer from one Locker to another as well. Good service, clean and well-kept facility. Would definitely recommend.

Very friendly staff, good selection of boxes and moving supplies. Went here after attempting to go to the very sketchy Uhaul location nearby. The boxes were a little bit more expensive than Uhaul but they have the same buyback option for unused boxes and honestly any excuse to not give my money to Uhaul is a win. Highly recommend getting your moving supplies from public storage.

If you are looking for a storage unit then I assure you that it would be worth your time to store your goods here even if you are not nearby as this is the best storage place I have ever used in my life. Faith and all of her team have been absolutely incredible and have helped me out whole I was in one of the most difficult times in my life. Their utmost professionalism and their genuine care for the people who rent here shines through in all their actions. They are courteous, friendly, thorough, and intelligent. I could not possibly feel safer to know that my belongings are under their watch and I would personally trust Faith with my very life itself. That may sound like an extreme or exaggerated thing to say but I assure you it is not. So nice to see Faith still at work at Public Storage on Braid St, New West. I rented a locker in 2010 & she & staff were helpful & cordial. The same when I rented a renovated space recently in 2022. Everything clean, safe & orderly. Only complaint is hike in charges.

The office staff were quick to help me determine the size of space I needed to rent. The storage was easy to find, clean and heated.

I've been with Public Storage for many years storing stuff. Their facilities are easy to use, secure, accessible and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Their payment options are many, unlike other storage facilities where you must own a credit card and use it to pay, with Public Storage, you can pay however you want! Convenient!! The best storage facility I've ever used!! Love the Braid and Brunette location!!

Manjit and Faith were so helpful and kind! They made the process super quick and even helped me find the best deal possible. The location on Braid is surrounded by heavy traffic and construction and Manjit took the extra step and helped me find my way in when I called on the road. The people here alone are a great reason to come.

Faith and April at the Braid location were awesome today! Very helpful.

Closest to my house . The hours are convenient for me . The only downside would be trying to turn left while leaving to go home (traffic backs up at the light) . Seems clean and well run . But it's early days . Oh and not many of the larger rooms are available as they are taken . Also having to get out of your vehicle to punch in your code is annoying for getting in and out of the property but like I said it seems well run .

The Train can be problematic with traffic at times but the service at this location is worth the occasional inconvenience.

Anh and the gals in the office were amazing. I had phoned in for quotes to a couple of places and though the rates were not the lowest around, Anh's over the top customer service wooed me. I would recommend this location to anyone who is using public transit as it is incredibly conveniently located about a 3-5 minute walk from Braid station.

Phoned today to inquire about renting a locker. Manjit was super helpful and friendly on the phone, and covered all the important information, which was great because I'd never rented storage before and there was lots I didn't know. Later in the day I visited the office and Manjit had several lockers to show me and then she was very efficient with all the paperwork. A positive experience for sure.

I have been dealing with public storage off & on for the last 10 years at this location. They have an amazing staff, with great Customer-service skills, they are always willing to accommodate your storage needs even when it comes to upsizing to a bigger unit and or Downsizing to a smaller unit …even if it’s in the middle of the month.. The property is always clean and maintained..Even when it snowed they were on the ball when It came to ploughing and salting the Property four easy safe access…. My favourite staff member That I have been dealing with for the last 10 years is FAITH She’s always been understanding and accommodating to my various STORAGE needs always meeting my expectations. Public storage is convenient and was close by. Hours of operation was very convenient as well. The space I chose was sufficient to put my personal items away for a short period of time. No problems with moving truck access. Will consider again in the future.
